Stopped by Wendy’s for a quick meal. Nothing special, just standard fast food. The burger was decent, fries were hot, and service was fine. It’s exactly what you’d expect. good if you’re in a rush or craving something familiar. Nothing stood out, but nothing was bad either.

Managers are less interested in Quality Customer Service and more about showing how smart mouthed and crappy they can be. Literally asked for a receipt and was asked why - and when told her I should be given one for my proof of purchase and tax reasons, she told me they aren’t required to give one. I asked for management and was told

Service needs a lot of work, I showed up to a full drive thru for a mobile order and decided to go into the lobby, and was ignored for a full 7 minutes before going back to the drive thru as an option, which was quick and efficient.
