Rude staff, wrong order and wrong bill! I loved the food here, really wanted to pay for what I ordered and eat them, but the waitress was shockingly rude, hostile, and unable to provide a correct bill. I felt harassed, attacked, and hungry. There was a mix up on the order, where an additional order was added. When I pointed that out, the waitress acused us immediately for placing a wrong order, and walked away without any discussion for solutions. And then she brought a bill claiming that it was corrected, but the bill was still wrong with additional charge. When I tried to show her how to calculate the correct number, she walked away when I just started explaining, and used tax as an excuse. But the error was not from tax.At this point, I still haven't received a correct bill to pay yet. She started involving other customers and asked them to prove that I placed the order wrong. She also involved other workers. None of them could validate because I placed the order on the phone with that waitress alone. No one else could hear me. Her behavior harassed other customers who just wanted to have some food in peace, and should not be involved in her mess.We were calm, and patiently waiting for a solution the entire time. We were still hoping to get a correct bill and get our food, but she asked us to leave without the food. We felt attacked, unwelcomed and confused. Her absolute rudeness made my hands shook. If she was willing to discuss what happened and able to provide a correct bill instead of trying to involve everyone in the restaurant to accuse us, we wouldn't mind to take an extra order back. We really liked the food there and were looking forward to having it again. We were shocked with our experience. It is definitely not common on the eastside. We want to be treated with respect, so would not go to this restaurant any time soon.

Great Chinese food! Singapore rice noodles are the best.

Great little restaurant nestled in Kirkland.Food came out fast and tasted delicious. Waitress also gave us recommendations based on our party size and was very accommodating.Comfort food done right.

Not Great, unfortunately. We were so excited to find a good local Chinese food spot. All the food was ready within 15 min, which made it seem like it might be freezer food. We tasted it, the rangoons were stale, pot stickers soggy, gernal Tao’s was soggy, etc. really bummer. Hope they can turn things around

Super rude staff! Mixed up our usual order that we have eaten here at-least 10 times in the past year with another dish. The order receipt shows the correct dish. When we pointed it out, they rudely claimed it's our mistake that we ordered online and they cannot swap. This will be the last time we will ever come here.

Good service. Comfortable environment. Fair price. Big portion. Overall I really enjoyed my dining experience here. I wouldn't say it's 100% authentic Chinese Food, I think it's a bit Americanized Chinese Food. But they are still good enough for my Chinese stomach. Would consider coming back. :)

I've only ordered takeout from here, but each time it's been just what we wanted... "Americanized" Chinese :) My favorite dish is the Mongolian beef, and my SO loves General Tso Chicken. He's super picky with his General Tso, but he says this is the best place we've tried by far in the area. The Mongolian beef is also so tender, and the portion sizes are generous!

Service here isn't great but the food here is so good! The Beijing style Peking duck is a must. It comes with so much meat, which is juicy, super tender, and not too fatty. The skin is separated from the meat and is crispy and fried. The dish comes with super thin crepes, julienned cucumbers, green onion, and hoisin to make your own duck wraps. I was so impressed by how good it was. Their other dishes are great too. We loved the sichuan boiled fish (水煮鱼), as the filets were super tender and really flavorful, and the beef chow fun (干炒牛河). The eggplant in spicy sauce sauce (鱼香茄子) was not bad, but the eggplant could've been cooked for longer. Great food overall, and will definitely be back to order the Peking duck again.

In town from NYC and super disappointed. A complete over priced RIP OFF!! I ordered a chicken and broccoli and they send no rice. Chicken wings were semi cooked, slimy, to the point I started questioning if it was really chicken or not. No sauces were sent either. The only thing I enjoyed was the can of coke. Everything else went straight to the garbage.

Good is great, service is meh. We had to pack the leftovers ourselves and went to the counter to fetch boxes and bags.

This is the worst Asian food I’ve had in this area. Absolute trash, we ended up ordering from another restaurant the only edible item was fried rice.
