The food is good, but the person working the counter didn't call out my order and she saw me waiting outside for it. I'm not sure why this happened, but it felt weird and passive-aggressive.

So far this place has been great. I went to Big Chicken because it was closer to me since I moved. And really want to like it, but I think this is still the best. However the fires are not worth it.

I typically review places because of great experiences. Unfortunately, this one was less than ideal for customer experience, atmosphere and sadly, the food. I was hankering for some fried chicken and wanted to try this place. I stood in the store front for a longtime and even though an employee came out and saw me when he was getting something from the fridge, no one popped out to check-in. All good, gave me time to read all the menus. I realized that i meeded to self-serve orser thru the machine. Did that and waited. Order fries "extra hot" but they turned out just warm. ;( I ordered The Classic Sandwich, and the chicken sandwich was chewy, didnt seem high quality for an $11 sandwich. I am glad I tried it but will stick to the Korean spot in Canyon Park or by Safeway in Juanita, YUM!P.S. it is all take-out, no place to eat inside. And, lease note, another staff memeber did pop-out later and apologize for the delay, all good....it gave me time to read the menus! ;)

Bok a bok is a favorite and this location is no different - delicious crispy chicken, great service.Vegetarian options: Swap chicken for Fried tofu in rice bowls and sandwiches!Dietary restrictions: Lots of great gluten free options - fried chicken, fried tofu, tots, rice bowls…Fryers are only used for GF foods.

This place is for to-go-orders only. Tiny place with no seating except outside which couldn’t take advantage of since it was raining and cold. The server was super nice and gave recommendations. I got the kimchi Mac and cheese which was super good! Also got the 4 piece tender salt and vinegar dry rubbed. I actually like dipping it in the Mac and cheese compared to the ranch dip that came with it. Might try other options next time. Still not off my list to visit.

Awesome place for GF fried chicken. The chicken is crispy and always hot whenever I have ordered from them. The sauce options were great. Also really enjoyed the dirty rice and dirty tots.If you are GF for medical reasons, I would still specify that you have an allergy/disease. I think they still have some gluten in the kitchen so be careful!Only thing I would say is not great is the lack of seating in the restaurant. There is seating outside, which is great during the warm months, but not so great whenever it is cold outside.

Highlight of this place for me are the chicken sandwiches. They are always delicious and the price is right.

Meh. I've been wanting to try a chicken sandwich from here for some time. The batter has a nice crunch to it, and the pickles are tasty. I wish they used pristine chicken breast rather than less quality chicken thigh. The wait was about 20-25 minutes with only two orders ahead of us. I'm guessing there's only one person working in back. Sorry, but Ma'ono in UVillage is so much better in both taste and quality.

*****BUYER BEWARE*****To start off, the tater tots! ?Ok now here's why I'm giving one star. My sandwich was delivered to me, mint was brown and slimy. It had gone bad and it still made it into my sandwich. I took a bite that had some mint in it and the bite tasted rotten. How bad would this slimy sludgy brown mint have to get before someone asks themselves "should I throw that out?" That can get someone sick or killed!!!I tried to call but their phone was either busy or disconnected.

I've been meaning to try Bok a Bok and decided today was the day. Ordering was easy via a screen but they're not particularly fast. It seems most of their business was via delivery apps which makes sense as I was given a 15 minute wait time and I was the only person to order in store in that time. I ordered the bowl of shame because it felt like that sort of day. It does live up to the name just looking at it, as it's just essentially just one color. I should have expected it but the main flavoring from this is the mac and cheese. This means the entire bowl essentially has one flavor with the small variation of texture. I think I must have left the chili flakes in because it was a smidgen spicier than my ideal. The chicken pieces inside the bowl were alright but they didn't really stand out. Overall, I wasn't a huge fan of this particular dish. Considering they're more known for the chicken, I'll get around to having their normal offerings one day but for now I'm not particularly impressed.

Keep your eyes open because it is easy to walk past. This place is a SUPER small joint with an area for people to order and stand outside to wait and eat when you get your food.We had the honey garlic and og thigh, some fries, and the Mac and Cheese w/Kimchi.Honestly...I was a bit disappointed. The Honey Garlic was alright and the OG Thigh was doused with chili flakes which made it a bit too spicy for Wifey. The chicken had a really good crunch to it. The chili flakes left a taste which was not very pleasant. The fries were alright. Crinkle cut and that's about it. It was also doused with chili flakes.Their Kimchi Mac and Cheese was a hit though! Just enough heat and not overbearing of Kimchi. This is what had me disapponted...1. Sitting outside to eat. Fine on a nice day...but come on now...its Warshington. We kinda get some rain and stuff.2. Their soda selection is high for a canned drink. Selection was minimal at that also. Don't ask for a cup of water either.3. They give napkins...but those go quick for eating sticky food and weather. No bathroom or running water to wash your fingers. No bueno if you're eating a saucy covered piece of chicken.4. Their dipping sauces didn't really improve the food. Much better to avoid em.Not sure if I'd go back honestly. Maybe if I wanted to pick some up on my way home...but that's a hard maybe.
