Love their crispy fried chicken! The caramel fish sauce flavor is a MUST try. Sounds gross but is definitely the best of them all.
Bok a Bok Fried Chicken is a top pick for Asian-style chicken wings, and their Totem Lake location in Kirkland is super convenient, nestled in a mall with plenty of nearby shops and eateries. Bok a Bok Chicken - Kirkland @ Totem Lake is a welcoming spot with friendly staff, serving delicious food that's safe for those with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options. The location is small and designed mainly for takeout, with a couple of seating options available outdoors. The outdoor seating area is cozy and has heating for colder months, making it comfortable year-round. The chicken tenders with hot honey mustard and homemade ranch are a hit, and the loaded fries are also a must-try. The fish sauce caramel wings are a standout, offering a unique blend of salty, sour, sweet, and spicy flavors, all wrapped in a perfectly crispy coating. The food is flavorful, with a crunchy chicken that's a bit spicy, though some may find the batter not as flavorful as expected. Be prepared for a possible wait, but ordering ahead online can help. Parking is available for free, but the area can get crowded, so it's wise to plan ahead.
