Neither impressed nor disappointed- with coffee, food or service. The store has industrial chic decor and a cool place to hang out. Tried the cold brew and some baked goods - both were ok. Of course these days a small coffee is $6+ with tips. Want to try their espresso before I judge further.
On a nice sunny day, went in to get an iced Macchiato. Noticed that there was only one person working and actually felt bad. It wasn’t very busy but enough that it would have been better to have one cashier and one barista. Coffee was nice and sitting outside was a great. Will be back if I’m shopping in the area.
Food and beverage always great, however service is not. I did a mobile order a few days ago when picking up, one item was out of stock, I'd already paid for items of course , but barista was rude and just said they didn't have it, and when trying to choose a substitute was even trying to argue what I chose was more than I originally paid when it was the same price, and I was never offered a refund either. I understand that the system is not always accurate but to treat...
