Excessive wait time for a single hot dog. I was 577 and they kept calling 600+. When I brought it up to them, they said they are working on it. After 10 minutes, I followed up again and Rudy chucked a hot dog at me.

Super crowded with carts, but the staff does a great job. Don't expect to get any seating, and navigating the crowd can be a pain. Think 15 minutes for your hot dog and 40 for your full size pizza during the middle of the day.
Apparently you can call in your pizza orders ahead of time, highly recommend doing that

The wait is an absolute joke one lady’s pizza wasn’t made at all mine was ready for almost 15 minutes while I waited for them to call it because the guy who was doing the pizzas walked away to make chicken bakes before telling anyone I waited twice as long for my pizza as they said the wait was just an absolute communion disaster not worth the trouble and idve asked for a refund if it didn’t take 15 mins for the supervisor to process the other ladies refund on her pizza
I have had multiple frustrating experiences ordering full pizzas here, from hour+ pickup times, to them telling me the pizza wasn't ready when it was, to them not calling out numbers as full size pizzas are finished.

Wanted to give Dale CJ Joseph And anyone else who was working the food court at around 6:30PM on August 22nd their flowers for their incredible work. These folks were getting bum rushed With orders, And most importantly, impatient customers who couldn’t take a look around and see how busy they were (like the people who complain about traffic while they ARE the traffic). The people working the food court are Rockstars And I hope someone at Costco corporate sees this and rewards Them the way they should be. Employees like this need to be held onto as long as possible and nothing short of a raise is what these people deserve for their hard work. I’m sure some jabroni is going to leave a one star review because it took a bit longer than usual to get Their pizza, And that just isn’t fair To the hard-working folks behind the counter. Thanks again. Massive shout out to Dale especially, who despite the chaos around him, was still able to keep It light with the customers even Finding a second to compliment someone’s shirt, And keep an attention to detail that most humans would find impossible (Especially some of the room temperature IQ people that I saw Complaining through all this). A nice breath of fresh air in a world full of people who seem to not give a hoot about about what they do day-to-day

Best Experience with the grandchildren today at the Kirkland food court. Josh helped us get their two chocolate yogurts while our pizza was in the oven, made my day. Thank you Costco, thank you Josh. A+ customer service.

Service is fast and food is delicious and very affordable! Only took a star off because it can be very hectic in the food court and I usually feel pretty overstimulated if I'm eating there. The berry sundae though is something I just often have on my mind!
