DIY Tea Lab Cafe (Bubble Tea Cafe)

Omg, I try this smoothie last year T the Kirjland Market and it was really good. I got the Strawberrie lychee fruit tea and that still my favorite. They have other grear flavor and I think they can customize your tea. Go head and try them.

Good tea at a really good price! Love the large fruit included. The tea even at low sugar is very sweet so order accordingly.

I usually get the Mango Sago smoothie. It’s great! I like the bubble waffles, though I miss the white chocolate chips and whipped cream they used to have. All the drinks I’ve had have been really good. Service is great!

Tried the Yakult Green Milk Tea at DIY Tea Lab and honestly it was surprisingly addictive. The yakult gives it this smooth tangy flavor that blends really well with the creamy milk tea instead of overpowering it. Super refreshing, slightly sweet, and lighter than most milk teas I’ve had. The green tea flavor still comes through nicely too. Definitely one of those drinks that sounds weird at first but somehow works perfectly. Would order again.

I was here last night and it was disappointing. I ordered a matcha boba and the bubble waffle with ice cream. It was pretty spendy but I figured it was just because it's a smaller business. I got my matcha boba and it was just straight milk with a hint of flavor. It didn’t look even remotely green, and when I asked for more matcha I only got a little bit. (The picture is after I asked for more) The food was good but not worth that much money in my opinion.

I stopped here for the first time and ordered my usual fruit tea. The place is cute and the kid at the counter was nice about me navigating their menu. I didn't taste until I was bit down the road. It tasted like.... nothing. No hint of the 2 fruits I selected and very little tea flavor either. So for 8 bucks, not a value at all. Not a neighborhood I visit often, so probably won't be back.

Came at 7:48pm on April 2, they said they’re closed even tho the hours say they close at 8pm.

I bought boba milk tea at 12pm, and guess what?! boba is hard as rock, i am pretty sure boba is not made on the same day. most importantly, milk tea taste really disgusting. The taste of water + maybe creamer is more than tea. I do not feel there is any tea in there to be honest even thought they will claim they made with tea, just like most of shops claim. And also, the quality is not consistent. I bought twice within a month with exactly same product, and the taste is entirely different. Good luck to whoever planning to go there. It is not worth the money at all.

I normally have a great experience at this store, but today there was a problem and there's zero ways to get ahold of management/the owner other than to hope they read reviews. If I call the store directly I reach the same person who was unable to help me today, and the website link on Google is just the Toast ordering platform.

Today I placed an online order at 11:04 and received a confirmation email that said it would be ready at 11:19. At 11:24 I walked inside the store expecting to see my order but instead there was a single worker clearly struggling to read and follow recipes for an order that had walked in before me - I assume it was their first day, and I don't blame them at all for this.

By 11:45 I could not wait any longer and asked for a refund or even for the ticket so I could have an internal reference number, but the worker said they had never received my order at all but my card was definitely charged and I do have the confirmation email. I couldn't wait around to sort it out, so I'm hoping someone in management can contact me to begin processing a refund.

This place was amazing! Went today and the employee was so friendly, and the drink I ordered was amazing. It’s a very nice atmosphere and many options for drinks to choose from.

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea boba and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The base of the drink tasted like WATER, not tea, not milk, not even like brown sugar. The boba inside was equally disgusting as you can tell it was not prepared with consideration to enhance the brown sugar flavor (like prepared with plain water). I definitely should've went to the nearby Starbucks or McDonald's. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
