DIY Tea Lab Cafe (Kirkland)

I loved the drinks! Very efficient and fast. Bubble waffle is great too. Only thing I am concerned about is that one employee that is always alone she seems kind of distraught and stressed a bit.

Maybe her work conditions aren’t the best but she’s definitely not the most customer friendly, I barely get a smile. Acts like she has some kind of grudge or something.

I was in there once with two other employees they seemed really nice, even gave us samples. I appreciate their attitude.

Overall I like the food and drinks just that one girl could improve her enthusiasm.

Love the Mango Milk tea with popping Boba! also lovely favors you can make your own or choose from a signature drink! I have tried almost all of them and have never been disappointed.
Also, love the staff! Strongly Recommend

Service took about 40 min, would have appreciated a warning that it would take that long if they were super busy with online orders or something

We ordered two teas - 1 hot tea but at the time of delivery I'm told that I have to wait 10 more mins to get the hot one. The cold version of the ruby tea was bad and tastes like raw tea leaves. I hope they stick to what customers want and within what their estimated time for pick up is. Overall , felt it was expensive for the kind of service we received

i’ve ordered from this place on uber eats many times and i love it here. but twice now they’ve messed up my order and i don’t know how im supposed to rectify it when its meant to be a delivery order?! i always order the assam black tea and twice they’ve sent me the black sesame tea. ugh it’s so disappointing and i really don’t like the sesame tea. please DIY — please pay closer attention to your orders!

This is place makes feel relax, the best boba quality and fruit tea, I highly recommend their signature classic milk tea, strawberry green tea, strawberry smoothies and life is peachy pea flower fruit tea, hand made cookies and spam musubi

Great place to hangout with kids. They have a good selection of drinks and toys and games for kids.
Definitely order 25% or no sugar. Some of the fruity drinks are very sweet.

Every time this place has been amazing, the white peach oolong and black sesame were sooo good. They are always great.
