DIY Tea Lab has really good boba, and service is usually pretty quick. The drinks are flavorful, customizable, and consistently enjoyable.

The biggest downside is the space itself. It’s small and not especially comfortable, so it’s not really somewhere I’d want to hang out for very long.

Great drinks and fast service, but the environment could definitely be more inviting.

This review is based off a comparison to the last time I ordered them, in 2025. Something has changed at the restaurant, I feel. The tea is spot on - still fantastic and delicious. But the food items are vastly different, not in a good way.

The spam musubi used to have a thicker cut of spam on them, but now they are razor thin, and packed super thick with rice. I feel like this is a cost saving measure that just doesn't work. It's basically a rice...

Omg, I try this smoothie last year T the Kirjland Market and it was really good. I got the Strawberrie lychee fruit tea and that still my favorite. They have other grear flavor and I think they can customize your tea. Go head and try them.
