The smoothies that I got were the tropical paradise and pineapple bliss. The tropical paradise was pretty average at first but then got pretty bad. The pineapple bliss tasted pretty bad and couldent finish it.

I visited this location a few days ago and ordered a mango mania smoothie. It's been so hot these past days, so I was really craving a cold refreshing smoothie. Lucky for me, the employee working there was so kind and quickly made the smoothie which tasted fantastic. Even though she was working by herself during a busy part of the day she still managed to help me pick which smoothie I should get, and her service and kindness is something I will never forget. I enjoyed the smoothie so much I just had to ask her what her name was. She told me her name was Marjan, her friendliness made my day. By far one of the best interactions, I have ever had with an employee. I will definitely be coming back.

I came in around 7:55 PM on Monday, and the door was still open. They said that they were closed. It's unprofessional and very disappointing. I've been a regular customer of Emerald City Smoothies for years, and I just couldn't believe that the Kirkland location could be worse than the others (Aurora, Shoreline, Lynnwood, etc.).

Hope, peace and joy is all I feel when I come here. If I had the money I literally would get a smoothie everyday, and I do have the money, so I come here everyday. Sophia is the absolute best. We were having a party and she made us like 12-14 smoothies and was so fun to talk with and had such a great energy. She is why people love coming here. And don't get me started on Camilla, she's a smoothie magician, she probably could do her job blindfolded and on stilts and not miss a beat. The only thing left to be said, if you ever find yourself in downtown Kirkland and you get the honor of visiting such a fine establishment, congratulations!

They charge a card fee and dont have it posted anywhere or inform it's being charged before purchase. Pretty dirty stuff, avoiding this place on principle

I love emerald smoothie but they never open on time… they need to change their hours because it’s frustrating driving here in the morning and no one is here when their hours online say it’s open

Great smoothies. Nice variety between veggie smoothies and fruit smoothies. They also sell other products such as protein powder, bars etc. The staff there is always very nice. We can also by a large one and have it split into two cups for kids.
