I'd just quit caffeine when I found this gem across from the doctor's office, where I enjoyed a fantastic decaf cappucino made with organic Columbian and Ethiopian beans... the first and best!
The barista was incredibly kind and friendly. Apparently, it was a customer’s birthday, and she brought him a muffin with a lit candle. It was a sweet gesture, and her customer was overjoyed.
I finally found the best coffee. The Seattle area is supposedly known for great coffee places, but I was frequently disappointed at boutique coffee shops. Chain coffee is ok, but not quite on the high level of Evergreen. The owner has painstakingly refined her sources and process to provide you with the healthiest and tastiest coffee. Do yourself a favor and go there now to try it yourself.
