Ok the food is great but tell me why they double charge me every single time I come? The employees have NOTHING to do with it but every single time they say hey if you try to tip it won’t let you pay. So I end up getting double charged because Ezell's won’t tip their employees! FIX IT I’M TIRED OF PAYING $60 FOR $30 CHICKEN! Also they forgot my buns.

I have eaten in the restaurant a few times and enjoyed the nice crisp chicken tenders. The side dishes are weak in quality.
We ordered through Door Dash last night. It's about a 15 minute drive for them. Fries and chicken were cool and worst part was how soggy they were. Maybe the food just does not travel well. Or maybe when my order goes in, it gets made and sits on a shelf until DD picks it up.
