Not sure what all the hype’s about. Lol, I rarely eat here, but I actually used to love the food back in 2017, so I’m not sure what happened. The food was ALL PLAIN. No flavor in the bread, mashed potatoes were plain and watery, plus no salt. The Mac was plain and also unsalted, tasted like mushy milk. They gave us 2 of the smallest sauces for over 1 lb. Of chicken tenders. The atmosphere was awkward when they took our order & cooks were rude when we asked for more sauce...
2 times in a roll that my order is not ready even I ordered online before I travel there to pick up. By the time I get there, they said I still need to wait for 18 minutes for the chicken to be ready.

We ordered through Door Dash last night. It's about a 15 minute drive for them. Fries and chicken were cool and worst part was how soggy they were. Maybe the food just does not travel well. Or maybe when my order goes in, it gets made and sits on a shelf until DD picks it up.
