The only issue I had was that I wish they would have acknowledged me while I was standing there. It was my first time inside the store and wasn't sure how it worked. Once I spoke up finally they were nice but, it did take a minute
I didn't find the chicken as good as everyone told it to be. Of course taste is a personal choice, and nothing against the establishment, they serve fresh food, have a clean restaurant and the folks are real helpful and friendly.
Picked up a big order for ten people: a combo of regular and spicy chicken. Everything was there and it was done on time. Excited to see this in Kirkland. The flavor was good but couldn't tell the difference between the spicy and the regular. And this was some majorly dry chicken. Had to have something to drink to get it swallowed properly. Disappointed. Haven't had Ezell's chicken be dry before.
