We had the beef rib, chicken mala, dry beef mala, fried tofu and pork/shrimp chive dumplings. All were so good! The beef ribs was very tender, chicken was crunchy,… can’t pick a favorite because all were so great!Service was quick, you order through a QR code and food came out not long at all! I love the QR code order personally, really convenient when you go in a group.

Good atmosphere, good service, good food. I'm not a big fan of mala flavor but if you like mala flavor which is sichuan peppercorns and numbing seasoning with slightly sweet flavor then you will like this. For appetizer I ordered fried crispy Tofu with chili oil and it was good. For the biang noodles ? we ordered mala spicy beef dry mix and mala spicy chicken dry mix.

Good experience overall, decent price, good flavor, nice atmosphere. We got the fried tofu as an appetizer, solid crunchy and had a lil bit of spicy kick. The inside was a little bland, but as to be expected with tofu. I ordered the biang biang noodles with the beef rib dry rub, the meat was surprisingly tender and it was not at all just for show. My boyfriend got the standard one which had pretty much the same flavor. Beefy, spicy, umami, great flavors and texture 8/10. All the noodles gets a little filling though.

Food is decent. Noodles are where it’s at, dumplings are average. But my biggest annoyance about my first time here was the female cook or manager in the kitchen. She kept on giving me a dirty look from the kitchen from the minute I sat down to enjoy my meal. I realized it continued on during my meal and maybe because it was a Saturday night and me and my friends had stayed too long while there was a line of customers waiting to be seated. If this was the case, it’s very easy to have yourself or one of the waiters or waitresses come and politely ask us to leave since there’s a wait list but not even once did an employee come ask us and I just kept on getting dirty looks from this woman. Don’t plan on coming back. If the food was damn amazing, I would but like I said, it’s just average.

We need to order via QR code, and provided tip and pay firstly, the noddle taste is not bad, however, size is small, I added noodle, but frankly speaking, really not enough. Nobody provided water, tissue, or chopstick, but I think they charged at least 18% tip. I won’t go there any more.

My friend and I found out about this restaurant after watching the video! This is the best ramen I have ever had, the beef ribs taste amazing! The noodles are so chewy and spicy that you won’t be able to stop taking one bite after another! With the cheerful music and busy staff, I felt comfortable! The food is great! The waitress are enthusiastic! We will be back!

I have never gone out of my way to write a bad review although I was super disappointed as I really wanted to try this place! I saw this place being praised all over Tik Tok and the food looked really good to me! Although with good food there must be customer service. My girlfriend and I came in for our Valentines meal and we did notice the sign stating that they apologize if customers feel neglected since they're understaffed. We decided to patiently wait for 10 minutes patiently as we saw that they were pretty busy. Not once during those 10 minutes were we greeted. As a person who takes customer service very seriously, this is unacceptable. We felt unwelcome, and will not be coming here again.

I've never wanted to write a bad review for a place especially since I also work in customer service but it was really disappointing. I came in from seeing the good reviews on TikTok about the food. They had a board in the entrance stating they are understaffed and apologize for any negligence but it was just straight up bad customer service. My boyfriend and I came in and stood at the entrance for a good 5 mins and just gave the waitress time since we knew that she clearly saw us but she was busy waiting on tables. No greetings. We saw that they had QR codes to be on the waitlist and proceeded to do so, I made eye contact with 3 of the staffs that were there yet not a single Hello or asking us to wait for them. What made me write this review was the waitress that waiting the tables in the front. She clearly saw both us standing in the front and while she handed stuff for the table near us she just walked back to her desk and stood there after taking a sip of her water and stared at the wall. Like I stated I work in customer service and understand the stress that comes along with the job but you can at least say hi to your customers. I don't want to assume that she didn't like it that we were there but sure felt like it when she just gave us a black stare. I was hoping to try this place out but I feel like the staff can be trained better because a single hello is the most basic skill set. You should always greet every customer that comes through the door. The place is decorated very nicely and the food at each table looked very nice as well. Hoping to get a better experience next time! Maybe it was just a bad or busy day for everyone in the restaurant and higher hopes for next time! Another note, we left after 10min of standing there and not a goodbye either.

Such a cheap restaurant. When you pay $17 for noodles you would think you would receive a very large portion. Instead what I received was a total of only 4 noodles and a few tiny pieces of meat. Don't go here if you want to leave hungry with an empty wallet. What a massive ripoff.
