So Good!!!! Bursting with flavor! It's not a fancy place, small but very nice and most importantly clean. I got the biang biang dry noodle, green beans, cucumber salad and veggie spring rolls 🤤 The dry noodle is dry, meaning not in a broth and thankfully they come much saucier than the picture on the menu which looks very very dry, I was worried. Excellent Dry Mala Shrimp Biang Biang noodles, but the outstanding dish was the stir fried mala green beans which had juicy sweet chunks of white onions and dried red chilies. Standout dish!

Just ate lunch here and it was wonderful! The noodles had the perfect chew and the sauce at 3 peppers was perfect spice! Pan fried dumplings are great too. I liked the tofu with chili oil and potstickers as well.
Dumplings are ok not the best.
