George restaurant in Kirkland is a real gem, I highly recommend checking it out! I recently tried their uber grilled cheese sandwich and it was absolutely divine. The bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese was so melty and flavorful, it was the best grilled cheese I've ever had. The service was also fantastic; everyone was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Came in for brunch and got a half sandwich + soup combo. The BLT I got is without a doubt the saddest sandwich I have seen in my entire life. Like sub-hospital cafeteria tier. A sad single piece of lettuce, a sad single slice of tomato, a sad single piece of bacon, and a half-dollop of some mayo spread. The soup was alright but much creamier than I prefer, and an equally pathetic portion. Altogether awful value for $15, especially considering the generally mediocre flavor.

Food was honestly mid. The bread was hard and the bacon was burnt. The mac n cheese was bland. The service wasn't the greatest either, they didn't really check on us and honestly I felt very unwelcomed there.

We finally tried George’s in Kirkland this weekend, and it was a flavorful experience with a few standout moments. My husband ordered the Smoked Salmon Omelet, which came packed with silky smoked salmon, cream cheese, and pickled red onions, all topped with fresh arugula. It was rich, balanced, and beautifully plated—a definite win for seafood lovers A.
I went with the Vegetarian Hero Sandwich, which was fresh and satisfying. It cucumber, red peppers, provolone cheese, arugula with pesto sauce on French Bread.
The textures were great, and the flavors felt clean and wholesome—perfect if you’re looking for a lighter option B.
What We Loved:
• Generous portions and fresh ingredients
• Friendly staff and cozy, diner-style atmosphere
• The smoked salmon omelet was a standout
• Vegetarian options that don’t feel like an afterthought
What to Know:
• It gets busy on weekends, so expect a wait
• Service was warm but a bit slow during peak hours
• Seating is tight, and noise levels can be high
Final Verdict:
George’s is a great spot for a relaxed brunch with bold flavors and a neighborhood feel. We’ll definitely be back—next time I’m eyeing those Strawberry Waffles.

Our group came here for a late morning breakfast on a Saturday. We waited for less than 15 minutes for a table. Hostess and wait staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a 2-egg veggie omelet which was a perfect size, not too big. Food was good, ambience very casual.

This is a good breakfast spot. They have all your classic and the food is good. I think their prices are good too. If you are looking for a place to have breakfast with the family or friends I recommend this place. Their coffee cups are kinda weird but good place over all.

Stopped by this place for weekday brunch after an early morning errand. This place has a cute vintage vibe to it, with tables & booths with a bar seating area as well! The service was wonderful, the staff were kind and efficient and let us hang out for a bit after we finished eating, which was nice as it let us catch up a bit.
It seemed that there were many Greek food influence in their menu yet some typical popular choices as well. I went with the baklava pancakes as it sounded good & i haven't had pancakes or a baklava in awhile :) Some of the other dishes chosen were the greek omelette and the chorizo benedict; both seemed to be well received too!
I would definitely come out again & hope to soon!

Sadly George’s has changed over the years, the food is not what it used to be. I got a burrito this morning and it tastes like grease with onion.
