Amazing variety of drinks, and the customer service is always excellent. The girls working are always so nice and know my usual order. I'm so sad to see it go :(

This place is great. The staff have always been super awesome, kind, and courteous. The best coffee. Throw away your Starbucks gift card. Get rid of the Mercury rewards. This, my friend, with set your soul on fire. If this coffee was in England, the Queen would still be alive*.(*probably)

This place rocks!!! I’ve lived here four years and can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this hidden gem. I love supporting this place because the baristas are so kind and the drinks are delicious and so creative!!!

Gounds is one of my very favorite coffee stands! I've visited all of their locations and all the staff is so sweet! Sometimes the lines are long or the parking lots are hard to get in to so I hope their next location is one where you can drive on either side. But its worth the wait! They have a great food selection, including items with protein and vegetarian items.I appreciate so much that they have a wide variety of the skinny lotus and sugar free syrup flavors (where most stands in the area might have one skinny lotus flavor and a couple fruity sf syrups). However if you need sugar free or another dietary change you have to be *very* clear on that. They do often top their drinks in candy, cookies, donuts, other sweets, or fruit and there have been times I've said "fruit is ok but no candy please" and gotten heaps of sprinkles or other goodies on top. & their whip is so good but there's so much it can be hard to enjoy the drinks in the car - so also be clear if you only want half the whip (ie: what fits in the lid). All that said - their fun drinks are adorable and they always have holiday themed ones so if you're ok with all the extras they go above and beyond!

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve been here around 4:40 and they aren’t open. Their hours say they open at 4:30 but clearly they don’t. I can’t recommend a business who can’t figure out how to open on time. And the excuse of “they are just people doing their best” is tired and weak these days. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful to your guests time and schedules not to either a. Be open when YOU say you will be or b. Change your hours to reflect the baristas obvious inability to be at work on time. I thought that showing up to your place of work on time was just the standard and what everyone did, I guess this business feels differently. Honestly drive to Mercury’s down the street. I ended up going there today because Grounds wasn’t open (lol) and Mercury’s opens at 4am and their barista shows up at 3:30 to do dishes/side work (I asked her). I’ve never been to a food/bev place that doesn’t ask their team to arrive at least 15 min before open so they are ready to open at the proper time. I work in the food/bev industry for a medium sized restaurant group and we wouldn’t still be in business if these were our practices. Grow up, wake up and do your job. 100% never returning.

Omg, first time here and not disappointed at all! Absolutely made my morning when the barista handed me the drink! The toppings were good but the mocha was delicious as well. The girls working today were super friendly and I would give them a 10/10 if I could! Will be back!

Yum coffee and friendly baristas, but nothing to write home about for me. $6 before tip for a 16 oz white chocolate americano with 4 shots which seems like a bit much to me.

I was in Kirkland earlier this wee and looking for a place to get an espresso. Because I don't use sugar in my coffee, it has to be made right, sugar can cover a multitude of sins but if the coffee is great, sugar doesn't improve it.I got an Americano with heavy cream and it was excellent. I was genuinely surprised. It was the best Americano I've had outside my home in several weeks. I will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants good coffee and is in the Kirkland area

A small drive-thru that offers some really good coffee. We were driving back from Houghton beach park and stopped here to fuel up. Ordered a cappuccino. The barista took her time to make it and spoke really well. Loved the strong coffee and the quantity. Go here when you're around, to grab a quick cuppa.

Best coffee spot I've been too. I don't often order coffee for myself since I don't understand the lingo. The ladies working the stand asked what flavors of ice cream and other goodies I liked and made a few suggestions. I went with a suggestion and it was delicious. Fantastic customer care.

Our go to coffee spot! They go above and beyond to make delicious drinks. You can even get a candy or cookie topper!
