Very dissapointed with this location. We ordered mango lemonade, Kumquat lemon jasmine green tea half sweet and half ice together with chocolate & original waffle, the only thing was correct on the order is waffles and even though they put wrong dipping sauces. The drinks we got instead of what we ordered were cold freshly squeezed lemon and strawberry shortcake smoothie with full ice and full sweetness and which you can't drink. The entire order were placed wrong on the stickers by the time order was delivered the location were closed already. Seems they were rushing and made order just to give out whatever

I went to get my milk tea with tiramisu cream cheese. I usually get it only at happy lemon and always get it with 50% ice and 50% sugar. This time the experience was so bad and it ruined my new year’s eve. First of all when they made the drink they messed up the packaging. The lid was not fitting the cup and it started to leak all over when i tried to drink it. They offered to remake my drink in a new cup as the cup was faulty. When the new drink was made the girl who made my drink was so careless and added a ton if sugar syrup and ice and just a little tea even after I reminded her that i had 50% ice and 50% sugar. I have paid $9(including tip) for a very sugary and watery drink. It was very dissatisfying and disappointing.

I ordered the matcha bubble waffle with the salted cheese dipping sauce and it was ?? *Chefs Kiss* I’m also a slut for anything boba, matcha and avocado so naturally I got the Matcha Avocado smoothie and added tapioca boba. Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground level w/ ample space to get around and order on the inside via a wheelchair.

I'm a fan of happy lemon. We get the bubble waffle more than we should along with the smoothie. Staff usually are just ok and I overlook them not putting things i paid for. However, this branch staff are not friendly and 0 customer service lately.
We ordered pickup half an hour before closing time, they refused to make bubble waffles because "they are not doing it any more" today and reject via doordash with refund?? Agreed to make the drink but were super unfriendly.
I'm sorry but if you're closing at 9 and don't want to work over a half hour before closing time with giving attitude, maybe close earlier.
I guess we aren't getting anymore from there.
