I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s! I placed a giant order, and I was honestly expecting it to take a while — but they had everything ready extremely fast. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, organized, and made sure everything was correct before I left. Had a delivery snafoo that when ur hangry like me was super annoying, but then they redeemed themselves with a polite delivery person, and a cookie hookup. We are big fans of this place for sure.
