We’ve eaten here quite a bit and have always had a good experience. Burgers are good, fries are great and all the employees are really nice. The price is really good for the area.
Like the food, ordered a shake and never received it, called when we realized after getting home and left a voicemail, they never called back, lame.

Unfortunately, there’s no picture of my burger. My review here is mostly to bring awareness to the owner of Joe’s. I have enjoyed burgers and lettuce wraps since the very first day of the Totem Lake location opening. I have noticed that the meat patty is getting thinner and drier with every passing month. It’s ridiculous how thin it became. If you need to raise the price, do it, but increase that patty thickness so it can be the juicy burger it used to be. For right now, it’s just a dry piece of ground meat. Will review when things change.
Getting the 2nd star because this place only gave me the 2ND WORST RUNS of my life. In all honesty, food wasn't good either. Vegetarian option was not good, and everything was over-fried.

They had so many gluten-free options for me, and everything was delicious!! (I'd been feeling a little bummed since we recently went to a particular other Shack nearby that didn't have many GF options, so...) I had a super craving for a good burger and it hit the SPOT. :) Also the cajun tots were amazing.
