i used to be a “regular” at the pub. the employees have changed. but it’s still the same old pub that i’ve been going to for the last 15 years. i always expect a “update” of the inside. but the only thing they have updated is the bathroom. same old great dive vibe. half off your tab after 9pm sundays and wednesday! can’t beat that!

Wow! 65 mins to get food...and it's not worth that sort of wait. Weird cuing system too. Watched at 5 parties that came after us get their food before us. I guess the only you should ever do is drink here.

If you are looking for a dive bar, this is a good spot. Great place to meet with friends in the neighborhood. Good bar food, very affordable drinks, and the bartenders are always friendly with pool, pull tabs, and mega jenga. It's also half price wednesdays and sundays after 9pm. It's worth checking out, and lots of tv's to watch game's. When it's nice out a pretty good outdoor area as well, but doesn't get a ton of sun in the later hours.

My two recent visits have changed my rating and may very well be my last visits to this place. 10/2/21: My friends and I are greeted at the door by security staff checking IDs. Also at the door is a brunette lady yelling at us to get our IDs out. She is not a part of security staff but seems to be friendly with the guys. Whatever not a big deal. My friends and I get a round of drinks and go sit outside cause it's a nice night. I go back in to get us a second round. There's a guy at the bar ordering, and looking at the menu so I wait in line behind him. The brunette comes behind me with her boyfriend. The guy in front of me gets his drink and before he can even step away from the bar, the brunette pushes me into the bar. That really irked me. I get JPub can't control their customers but this girl was just angry. And speaking of angry... 10/9/21: I usually don't come here back to back weeks but my brother and I were meeting up and he didn't want to drive very far and this is the closest bar to his place. Whatever, it's usually a pretty good spot for a chill night. My brother and I get some drinks and he challenges me to a few rounds of giant Jenga. As we're drinking and laughing at our inability to keep the tower up, two guys probably around 25 years old start screaming at each other. They almost started throwing hands before the bartender, a poor blonde woman told them to knock it off. My brother and I quickly paid our tab, gave the gal a generous tip and left. Make of this what you will, but I will likely not be returning to this place in the near future.

We love the local Juanita pub! The happy hour basic burger is fantastic and the laid back atmosphere is what you would expect for a neighborhood bar. Glad to see them still around post pandemic!
This place has turned into one man show. Poor bartender does everything. Do not order food because it is a ripoff. Outside patio has the post apocalyptic feel. It was not like this before...

Definitely your neighborhood divey bar. On the weekdays, you can find jpub relatively busy even later into the night. Each day there are usually events or different specials going on like trivia or beer pong. The outside patio area is huge and great to grab a table at on a clear day or night. Food is mediocre but you really should just come for the drinks. All the drinks I got were $7, regardless of if it was a cocktail or beer.

If you're looking for a hole in the wall dive bar with good vibes, karaoke, horseshoes, trivia, pool, you've come to the right place. Really chill vibe, nice outdoor patio with Edison lights. Really enjoyed myself!
