If you’re looking for half a scoop and bad service, this is the place. The poke itself was actually really good, but the service ruined the experience. I came in with my family wanting a nice lunch. I’ve been to other Ono Poke locations and they always give solid portions. I came hungry and left hungry.
I also have an allergy, so I made sure to mention it clearly. The guy barely acknowledged it, brushed past it, and then on top of that gave me maybe 2.5 scoops total. My bowl had almost nothing in it. I didn’t even ask for much — just half a scoop of rice, cucumber, ginger, and protein. At the very least I expected a normal portion of protein, but what I got was ridiculous.
Great food, terrible service. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This was my first tome ever having poke so I needed a lot of help with the menu throughout the process.
After waiting for the 1 person working to finish cleaning duties (you are supposed to stop immediately, wash up and help the customer), he finally came over after about 4 minutes. He did not even acknowledge us until he came over although it was obvious we were there
He then just assumed I new everything I wanted and was slightly annoyed that I didnt. After helping me with the first choice, another woman came out to finish helping me and she was definitely annoyed with all of my questions. Wow. The reason you have a job is because you have customers. No customers, no business, no job.
I then asked for water and was pointed to the large water jug...which when I got to it did not have any cups, so I had to wait for them to finish with a customer who was also new and taking a really long time to ask for a cup. He said they were supposed to be out there. Maybe he should have been refilling things customers needed than the deep cleaning he seemed to be doing upon arrival
My food was just ok. Definitely not worth going through that so I wont return
Businesses need to realize with high food prices, we will be more selective with where we go and I am not giving my business to this type which lacks customer care
The restaurant was clean though. At least that is one win for them.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. The order was incorrect, as they forgot the eel sauce and included furikake instead of the topping I requested. Furthermore, the protein portion was very small compared to the amount of rice and significantly smaller than what is served at other poke restaurants. The staff also behaved unprofessionally. Overall, it was a very unsatisfying meal.

Visited “Just Poke” in Kirkland for a quick lunch with a coworker. The poke bowls were just okay. The fish freshness felt average and nothing particularly stood out. The restaurant space seemed a bit cluttered, which took away from the overall vibe. Music was also a little too loud for casual conversation. Decent for a quick bite, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to revisit.

Compared to other locations in Seattle, the regular bowl didn’t have much protein, too little rice, and way too much sauce (half the amount of sauce used would have been better).
