I still enjoy the food, but had to reduce from five stars to four stars. Unfortunately the mochi has become inedible. I miss the old mochi they had. I'm assuming it's a cost issue. Customer service is hit or miss, but that's everywhere.Follow up - Good to know it was just a bad batch, thank you for the reply. Increased back to 5 stars.

My online order was missing all the toppings, reached out to their support and didn’t get any response. Terrible service.

Good sized portion, they have started weighing their proteins, so it is now very consistent.

Eh, not the worst but not the best poki place I've ate at, but it's the only one in walking distance in Kirkland. Staff was friendly, food was not bad at all, but it feels lacking somehow. All n all, it's hits that cravings spot since it's the only one in downtown Kirkland. Also, to note if they take any recommendations, I highly recommend they consider fried salmon skin as a toping with eel sauce but that's just my taste buds.

It looked very beautiful, but it is not a garbage fired one that had everything and gave me this misery. I give them a zero or a star

A bit pricey for what it is but pretty good to normal for chain poke.

Is good but the portion keeps getting smaller and smaller like the protein, you get like 5 cubes piece of salmon, its time to see other places ??

The female server a bit rude, maybe she have problem at that time. The taste not so great too, for emergency when hungry could be the option.

I love poke and this place tastes really good. However, both my boyfriend and I had food poisoning after eating there last night.

I stopped eating because there were two pieces of bone in the torched salmon, which is the first time I have ever found fish bones in a Poké bowl.

They charge a $3 delivery fee and also raise the prices about $2 per bowl when ordering through delivery apps. (that is all a decision made by the store).Highway robbery for what is already a massively overpriced meal.$47.46 for two regular (smaller) sized bowls with no add ons. Ludicrous.

The Furikake Chex mix is outstanding, magnificent, delightful, delicious, amazingness! All the stars! The poke bowl was meh. While the tuna, seaweed and seasoning were fresh and tasty, the sushi rice was mush. It was overcooked and the grains broke up as soon as they were touched. If they fix the rice, then this would be a 5 star restaurant.

Removed one star as not good value anymore due to price going up, smaller portions (due to smaller containers), about $15 a pop before tax. 4 stars because still the best tasting poke around. No table service but will flash tipping options on check out. Saw some posters in restaurant encouraging people to eat sustainable seafood but I didn't even see separate trash cans for compost, recycling! (this was on 2/10/23) Hope to see some changes next time there.Vegetarian options: Tofu and imitation meat availableParking: Roadside parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessable
