Tried Kati Vegan Thai at Totem Lake and came away with mixed but mostly positive impressions. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The space has a modern, airy design with high ceilings, warm wood accents, large windows, and a bright yellow bar that gives the place a fresh and welcoming feel. It feels more upscale and thoughtfully designed than your typical casual Thai restaurant.

Not a vegan but wanted to try this place for fun. We ordered papaya salad, curry fried rice and sticky mango dessert. I couldn’t believe these were vegan dishes. The service was awesome as well. I like how none of dishes were overly salty or sweet. I will definitely come back.

Kati Vegan Thai has easily become one of my favorite spots for a fresh, satisfying meal. Finding high-quality, fully plant-based Thai food that doesn't compromise on traditional, bold flavors can be tough, but this place absolutely delivers.

The menu is incredibly creative and handles textures beautifully. The Angel Wings (crispy fried oyster mushrooms) are a spectacular appetizer, and their Khao Soi noodle curry has a rich, deeply comforting coconut broth...
