I always thought McDonald’s staff weren’t very friendly and that the service was often disappointing. But James changed my opinion. He always has a great voice, a positive attitude, and provides excellent customer service. Every time I visit the Kirkland location, he makes the experience enjoyable. Employees like James make a real difference. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves a promotion or something similar. Thank you(Tuesday night, around 10 PM)

There are things I hate and love about this McDonald’s, mainly the staff. Most of them are amazing especially Donovan, but occasionally you’ll get a general manager in particular who will refuse service because they don’t want to make it. I’ve had it happen to where I’ve ordered ice cream or sweet tea and he says they are out even though I’ve checked with my sibling who works here to confirm they do have it. Unfortunately...

While I have had not good experiences here in the past, my two recent ones were very good both in service and quality
I need to go in the restaurant to order and pickup because my van doesn’t fit through the drive thru height which limits hours I can eat here which is frustrating, in the past I would time my arrival to access the restaurant, after placing an order no staff was available or present in around the counter area to hand over orders from the kiosk...
