Mezcal Grill Mexican Restaurant

I was refused service by a waitress that was working the happy hour shift on the 16th of December 2025, unfortunately I didn’t get her name because I was so shocked by the rudeness and the xenophobic behavior. She refused to serve me alcohol because I had a Brazilian passport ( which by law she is obligated to accepted) only because it was from Brazil . DONT COME HERE! They are XENOPHOBIC AND DO NOT WELCOME TOURISTS!!!!

I would not eat out of this restaurant Dr chopping up chopping up animals in the back as I see blood everywhere and see the skin of a cat honestly I feel very unwell after last 3 days overeating of this restaurant

Family owned and operated with love, and it shows. I used to bring my son here in his early years until he was 4, it was his favorite restaurant. We come back from time to time and five years later they still remember our faces and orders. We love this place and the effort shows in the scratch, made food and salsa.

Awesome service and tasty food! Julissa was our server and she made the experience even better. The chicken fajitas were super good. We weren’t fans of the margarita- it wasn’t good, but we’ll definitely be back for the food!

I live right upstairs, so this is amazing for me. I love their food and the owners are more like friends now. They remember me and my partner's name and the drinks are also amazing. I only needed one margarita on my first visit! I use a wheelchair and they are so very accommodating. All in all, our favorite local hangout. Highly recommended

Amazing food for unbeatable prices! And the staff are super friendly. They also have a really cool salsa bar.

Ordered enchiladas platter. Shredded meat was uncooked, chicken meat was uncooked as well. The tortilla that was wrapped in was soggy no flavor on rice. They won't allow pictures. Otherwise I will show I tried to chew the meat on side of my plate.

Food here is always great, and they have great drinks, too! It’s a true Mom & Pop kinda place, and the owner always comes out to take our order. She even remembers our usual orders, although I tend to throw them for a loop since I order different things constantly! Well worth a visit, it’s become our go-to Mexican place.

We've been going to Mezcal for 9 years and it never disappoints! Food is flavorful and well portioned, service is wonderful, and we just get all around positive vibes. Glad they're in the neighborhood!

Our Server was so rude. We came here to meet some friends for lunch and accidentally went to this restaurant instead of Juanita Cantina down the street. Our Server brought over chips and we ordered a coke to drink. We apologized after only a minute or two when we realized we were at the wrong restaurant and asked for our check. Server for some reason rolled her eyes and charged us almost $12. We said thank you on the way out and she said “yep” in a condescending voice. Not sure why she was so upset. Sad because we just moved into the area and ate here once a few weeks ago and had a fine experience. Because of this servers attitude we will be eating at Juanita cantina exclusively for our future local Mexican food.
