We went on thursday evening, joined queue exactly as 6 50 pm . . There were around 10 -12 people infront of us. . But there process was so slow, our turn to make pizza came after 50 minutes . . In those 50 min sometimes mod pizza guy lost his pen, sometimes dough was not there. . After that it took another 20 -25 minutes to bake pizza. . 1 hour 15 min to get pizzas with just 10-12 people infront of you is insane. . Mod pizza was always slow so we had stopped going there . . After yesterdays experience i never want to think of Mod pizza as an option again. . You cannot take 1 hour 15 min to give a pizza to customer in your store. .

This place is awesome. The guy that helped us out was very cool and added a military discount when he saw my ID; I didn't even know that was a thing at Mod. š
Ordered delivery and was charged $10 but it reset for pick up and $10 charge remained on; store refused to do anything except refer to tech support. Food was less than other Mod stores Iād been to. Sadš
Never had an issue with this location until tonight, this is the $10 salad. I ordered more items to put on the salad but this is what they delivered
They were busy, but made my pizza right, and were very welcoming!
Employee was on his phone and an ingredient was left off on a pizza that didnāt have many ingredients on it to begin with.
We had a very bad experience with our order today.
We precisely ordered 2 kids meal with milk and chocolate milk respectively. We also ordered a Mega cookie along with 4 cheese powder and 4 chili flakes packet. I also specifically called and informed the totemlake branch at kirkland that I am running sick right now and the husband will pick up the order. so if they could please let him pick up a cheesy garlic bread for one of rewards. The guy agreed over the phone and took my phone no to verify my reward but he charged my husband anyway extra for the bread. Now on top of this they forgot the mega cookie, both the milk boxes for the kids and also the chili flakes and cheese powder. And on top of this the pepperoni pizza came burnt and this is not the first time we have been served burnt pizza. When i called and requested to talk to a manager. She instead of sympathizing with a sick customer, told me on the phone that it is not the store responsibility to figure out the correct order but the person who is picking up the order. I have 2 sick kids and me sick and due to the missing order our 5 year old cried the whole evening and of course i am super upset and disappointed too. Does customer service even exist in the totem lake brand. This is so not done and i wish to reach the correct department and person with my complaint please.

Similar experience to people below. Carry out was very slow. Unhappy employees that seem disinterested. Very disengaged ā¦no greeting .. no conversation. Also employees arguing amongst each other.
Was going to eat here but decided to leave

This MOD pizza location is great as it's very central but unfortunately, I would have to say that the current young people working there don't have the best customer service. A girl that was preparing my pizza was on her phone (then touching people's pizzas), another guy was throwing food at her (she cursed back at him), the girl was even wearing over-the-ear headphones while preparing pizzas. Also, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it barely had any pepperonis. How the pizza looked literally reflected the service, sloppy... Not sure what's happening with this location but management should get involved and address this behavior. I recommend avoiding this MOD location.

Pizza is great, hours are not reflected accurately online. I went in at 10:40pm on 11/23/24, and the two working in there said they were already closed when online it says 11pm.
Always check the pizza you order online. Service is very poor and pizza test bad. Wonāt be going to this pizza shop againā¦
No manager on duty setting the tone. Teenage employees acting partially high, zero speed, zero smiles. Had to hold their hands to guide them on how to make a decent pizza. We will not be back.

Woah. Listen Iāve been a fan of MOD for a long time but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. 11/13/24 @ 8:00 pm - the girl manning the oven was so rude and unpleasant. This poor delivery driver came in to pick up an order and the driver says āexcuse me. It says thereās supposed to be a drink with this orderā. The girl gruffly replies āover thereā and points to her left. The driver looks around like where? And she says ācoolerā and the driver says āit doesnāt say what drink it is on my phoneā. So the mod worker acts all put out and says āitās on the ticketā. She had the worst attitude. She clearly hates her job and it shows. Most MOD employees are friendly and helpful. She was impersonal, cold and treated customers like they were a pain in her ass. I was there for about 20 minutes and every customer that had an interaction with her walked away shaking their head. Come on MOD, do better!
