Tried the steak and chicken burritos here. Flavors were actually pretty good and loved how crispy they got the tortillas. But both were seriously skimpy on the meat - kinda disappointing for the price. Tater tots were way too crispy and salty, more like tater chips than actual tots. Could barely tell there were potatoes inside. Should've gone with hot instead of medium spice. Serviceable spot but portions could be better.

Don't plan on dining in (small space, takeout ideal), but the food is cooked to order, super large burritos, takes time for perfection, but you can call in and time it out, well worth the wait.
Prices are solid for the amount of high quality food you get.
It's really one of the only remaining staples in the Kirkland area. They must be going on 40 years. Kiki (sp?) still runs the place that his father started. It's part of Kirkland lore at this point.
Personal favorite order: Large steak burrito, medium rare, spicy, half rice, extra onions

1. The food's great. Their steak sandwich is a big slab of meat for the price, and the cheese melts onto the grill and crisps up around the edges, which is just as good as it sounds.
2. The people are even better. I left my purse at the restaurant, and within an hour, their staff had worked together to reach out to me and went out of their way to make sure I got it back--even after the restaurant had already closed. I was so grateful and impressed!

Great little place - friendly staff that remembered me on only my second time in and delicious burgers (they do burritos as well, though I've never tried them). They've only got a few tables and minimal bar seating, but most folks order out so you'll never have trouble finding a seat. Definitely recommend popping by if you're in the area and want a quick bite to eat!

Took two attempts to try the food here. First time we went to try the food, they had been out of bacon, meat, the basics for most of their menu; it would be more helpful if they had a sign saying they were out of things instead of letting us order each time and letting us know last minute they don’t have it.

We still wanted to try the food out so we came back a second time and ordered a blt! Food isn’t bad, a bit pricey for me; 2 blt meals totaled to $40 w/drink. I wish they had put more bacon in the sandwich, was more lettuce than anything. They add a lot of fries which is nice! But honestly a lot of them were a bit stale so I could only really eat like 1/3 of those fries. Overall the food was ookay, we’ll probably give another menu item a try but not anytime soon

This is my favorite spot in Kirkland, bar none. It’s a dive and I say that lovingly. The food is unreal. Get the eggs runny and the burrito spicy. The music playing is always great. I can’t say enough good things about it. Go here. Today.

This is a original greasy spoon Old school charm and food that kicks but Big portions and I have no idea what he seasoned his tots with but I would snort it up if I knew !! This is my go too for lunch when at work . Great job Mike AA Auto service

Ok, I was hungry and I ordered the Italian sub. It was not what I was expecting but so much better. I don't want to tell you any more about it to spoil the surprise! Treat yourself and try it! Very quick 3pm service also.
