Not sure if there is a new owner or new manager. But this store has gone down hill significantly. Almost 20 minutes to get up to the front. You have staff just walking around looking clueless, cashier doesn't know what to do, food out, dishes stacked up thats visible to customers. Customers weighting on their food that were forgotten about.

Get this store some help and new management. Absolutely ridiculous to be standing there waiting on an online order for an hour while you watch them take care of all the walk in guests first. They don't even send the text notifications that your orders done because apparently they're out of the right labels (and have been for weeks), so if you show up when the app quotes you it'll be done, have fun waiting for a half hour cramped with twelve other people waiting for their orders, while people who walked in after you got there get their food first. Happens every time I order online, and I live next door so I order often, really starting to rethink ever going back again. Staff is obviously overworked and stressed, and have no understanding of how to consolidate and work efficiently. For a store this busy, you'd think there'd be a bigger focus on guest service. I've never seen anyone who resembles a manager working up front, not sure if they have one or not, there's certainly no one giving direction when they're busy and keeping things moving correctly. Consistently awful experience.

Three orders of crab rangoon and only two were edible The rest were so over fried I can't even believe they would put them in a bag and sell them to a customer. It has been years since I've been to Panda Express now I remember why terrible food terrible service right now .

Online ordered at 1 did half rice half noodles. Got some half raw noodles and no rice. The chicken wasn’t cooked well. It was hella chewy… first bad experience at a panda:(

Worst Panda Express I have been to. Horrible service. If there is no chicken left in the Kung pao chicken, decent thing would be to wait for next batch and not give veggies to customer. I would recommend going to the Bellevue location even if takes another 10 min drive. Never going back here again.

Make yourself a favour and avoid this place! After waiting 15 minutes at a long line, when it was my turn they had no pasta or rice base left. They told me that I had to wait another 10 minutes more . Wow! What a poor service. They could be preparing as they go along so that no one has to wait more than the loooong line. The long line is also a symptom of their poor service
