Every time their broccoli is not so fresh, why? They are quite busy, that means they don't have to keep vegetables so long..right?🤔maybe they don't manage to use older food first .

Food comes hot but served in cheap plastic boxes which melt, ends up smelling and tasting like burnt plastic. They really need to swap to the paper type containers

We came here riogjt after the race track to grab something to eat. But the staff were not friendly. I don’t what it is we’ve been to other Panda Express but some reason the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Food was really poor quality.
I ate at another Panda Express just yesterday and it was miles apart.
Fried rice and orange chicken were super dry.
Shrimp was almost like it was frozen.
I’m not sure if it’s even fresh.

Very poor quality.
Wouldn’t come here again.

I honestly haven’t had a problem with this Panda Express.

Front desk person Jason is pretty cool. He notices drivers and people waiting up front fast, apologizes for the wait, and gives orders as soon as possible. Great job, Jason.

They put the food in like it was for pigs. Everything was covered in fat, everything leaked. They must have dropped our bag because the bottom box had a big dent. The packages were all covered in rice, the food was falling out. Horrible! The meat tasted bad!!!! They didn't put napkins or utensils! I didn't eat that horrible meat. Panda Express sucks!!!!!!

Overhyped and underwhelming. I tried Panda Express for the first time, and honestly, the hype is completely misguided. The orange chicken, which everyone talks about, was dry and soggy, tasting more like reheated, syrupy cardboard. It was a huge disappointment.

I also noticed other reviews mentioning inconsistent portions, cold food, long waits even when it wasn't busy, and lackluster service. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issues. The chow mein was bland, the broccoli beef contained barely any beef, and the overall quality felt rushed and careless.

Genuinely bad. I ordered delivery from here, they packed up the wrong chicken into my plate, and literally every cream cheese rangoon was empty and burnt. Bad experience. Do better

People are hating on panda. For Chinese fast food you can’t beat. Usually when I visit a panda the fried rice is inedible but i went 30 minutes before closing yesterday and it was actually fresh and I love the Hot Orange Chicken

Most the time at night, this is place is crowded, under staffed and most food choices are not available. Tonight it was worst of it. 10 people in the line, 8 more waiting for online pick up, no fried rice, no noodle, literally only orange chicken and teriyaki chicken available. This place needs to be managed better.
