I went to Panda on March 14th at 11:30 in the morning to pick up my order and it was ready, but the employee Ester treated me very badly, she didn't even look at me and my order was already ready. You guys need to hire a manager at this time to organize Panda.

I ordered uber delivery, not only did they miss every single one of my sauces but also missed my rangoons (large order) and an entire bigger plate of food. My dad didn’t get any of his food… lived a little too far to go at like 8:30 pm to go get it. Then I got a refund through uber, called panda to explain my issue and why I’m really upset (my dad literally didn’t have dinner and had to share other people’s food) and the phone rang TWENTY TIMES before somebody answered. The manager was BEYOND RUDE, didn’t say sorry my dad couldn’t eat his dinner and we didn’t have other items. The manager basically told me I was out of luck, in other words, and to take it up with Uber. THIS IS THE WORST PANDA because not only did this happen but there was zero apology, zero acknowledgement of my issue. If I could rate this panda, and that manager, a zero star review I would. From the looks of things, this isn’t their first angry complaint. I never write reviews like this, I tend to let it go and not complain but when my dad’s food, my large Rangoon and all of our sauces are missing and nobody picks up the phone then the manager is insanely rude about it…. I’m never ordering from this panda again. Helpful hint, you shouldn’t either.

Evening manager was horrible in all ways possible. He’s running a dictatorship you can tell the employees are scared of him. Very weird environment…. At some points it felt like he wanted to fight me. I read about people like him in history class back in 9th grade. Chow mein was cabbage mein. Skip panda, eat a a salad instead.

Lost me as customer! I will not come back again!
Bus is open in a decent shopping center with most of the time are decent customers. Food, however cooked with too much vinegar. And I was told by unfriendly staffs that they do not have spoons, intsead she told me to try using forks or chopsticks.. So I tried eatting fried rice with forks.. At leats, Safeways will have spoons and forks!
Franchise owner could do better than this!

these employees are dog water ngl. they always seem distracted like they are fresh out of training after seeing them working here for 6 months. food is excellent every time but they never seem like they actually care to do things correctly or have any sense of customer service at all.

I just picked up a $60 plus order and had to wait over 10 minutes just for the girl to turn around and hand me my order. She has a disgusting ass attitude and at any point she could have just acknowledged me and handed me my order. Ridiculous. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

My wife was using this "get one bowl when buying a bowl" coupon, for some reason their system failed to redeem the coupon, but what is upsetting is they decided to put the blame on the customer, they asked my wife to call PandaExpress customer service, my wife did that and the service line gave my wife another coupon, but their system still counldn't redeem that coupon, it took about 1 hour for my wife to finally order online and pick up to be able to use that, entire process the supervisor and the crew was cold and unsupportive, has no service spirit at all - I don't think that represent Panda's level of service. Can't honor a coupon you released, shame on you! - That is actually illegal. - If the store or franchise advertises a coupon or promotion and then refuses to honor it without a valid reason, it could be considered false advertising, which is illegal under many state and federal consumer protection laws (e.g., the Federal Trade Commission Act in the U.S.).

Sometimes staff they're just rude. They are also stingy in portion sizes which is baffling. On Saturdays they sometimes close the kitchen before the store closing timings (Store closes at 11pm, I couldn't get food at 10:25pm)

At what point did we turn into a society that ignores customers directly in front of you? Stood in line for 5-10 minutes only to watch 3 online orders being made in front of me. I didn’t even receive a hello from the employees. I understand these situations if they happen & the store is under-staffed, but this store had roughly 8 employees in it at the time. At checkout, was told to “hold on” and he would circle back around. Unfortunately, he paced in front of me 5 times doing nothing & tossed my ring-up to his co-worker. Very frustrating service here. Don’t expect the best experience unless you order online & don’t have to speak to a single one of them, you may get it then. Lol.
