It's disheartening to feel overlooked, especially when it seems to be based on racial assumptions. Additionally, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than expected, with today's order of firecracker shrimp being particularly disappointing; after a 10-minute wait, I received only three pieces. Furthermore, essentials like a bag and fortune cookies were missing from my order. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations.

Absolute caos...no one knows who's doing what. Mgr needs to slow down, listen and guide the crew. Staff is looking for direction, mgr cannot fix what he doesn't see as a problem. Staff is pretty good, they are trying that's clear. By the time I was able to get the cashier's attn (focused on online orders) my food was cold. There is enough staff, just not managed well.

Service was pretty bad 5-10 people in the restaurant mostly eating and I was standing in line for a good 10 minutes, overheard employee talking to other customer about how it’s her Friday and she wishes she was at home right now instead of working, makes the atmosphere a little dull. I’ve eaten at a lot of Panda Express places due to workin on the road a lot and I’ve never had a bad experience till I came to this store. Once I saw the food they were serving I decided to leave it was dry and looked undercooked even the orange chicken was a pale color (something I’ve never seen before). I’ll give the store 2 stars because I enjoy the franchise just not this specific store. I went down the road to I love teryaki and had a 5 star experience

I want to give a huge shout out to employee’s working tonight 2/3/24 at the Totem Lake location! During the dinner rush all of them kept a very calm and pleasant attitude while keeping us customers informed of their movements and potential waits due to their overwhelm with staff shortage/call outs. They juggled the chaos seamlessly while communicating with the kitchen team on what they were running low on. I didn’t feel rushed or like the online orders were more important than me in store and it went seamlessly. Honestly very impressed with the teams communication and the great customer service they provided.

This location seems smaller th÷n others. Less choices of food. But the food that i had was first class. It was extremely busy when we walked in. A sauce was forgotten, and when I walked up to request it, I was ignored waiting at the register, I spoke up requesting my missing item the cashier seemed very enjoyed with me but gave me the sauce.
