I’ve been sitting on this review for long enough. Almost daily I think about this pizza I had a few weeks ago, the Margherita Di Bufala. I was sitting at home, looking at a friends story from New York of some amazing slice of Neapolitan style Pizza and I said “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” . Pizzaiolo is hidden away in a Kirkland strip mall, but don't be fooled by its size, the pizza has huge flavor, tastes great, and is reasonably priced.

Skip the national chains and give this local pizza joint a chance.

I recently visited Pizzaiolo Wood Fired Pizza and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, including both the attendant and the manager, who made us feel welcome right from the start.

However, I was disappointed with the pizza itself. The dough was insipid and too thin, lacking the flavor and texture that I was hoping for. The toppings were also underwhelming—there was no salt, and they felt a bit dry. Given...
