Just went in almost an hour towards close. I had placed an order online a few days prior and for whatever reason my order still didn’t show on the system. I ended up running a few hours behind than my original order pick up time, even though Flora, the employee on staff at that time couldn’t locate my order she was happy to still get me helped. She’d checked my order from my email and despite several people waiting and having to bag over 30 bottles (5day cleanse) she remained...
Aubree is the best!! Came in for the first time this morning after wanting to try it our for months and she was so kind and knowledgeable about all of the products! Very customer focused and was able to provide great insights about the different cleanses. Very impressed by the staffing choice here :)
Not the friendliest customer service compared to other locations ive been to. Wouldn't answer any of my questions about the new products. Also when did they stop giving birthday reward juice?
