We stopped by Salt & Straw in Totem Lake today and had such a wonderful experience! Halle was absolutely amazing—so sweet, patient, and welcoming. She offered us plenty of samples and really went above and beyond to make sure we found flavors we loved. Her joyful spirit and kind customer service made our visit extra special, especially after having a not so great customer service experience earlier at Fred Meyer. Halle truly turned our day around with her positivity and attentiveness. Thank you for such a great experience! We’ll definitely be back! ✨

My coworker and I stumbled across this gem leaving Sandbox VR and wheeeew what a place to stumble upon!!! It was packed first and foremost, so we just window shopped and the flavors took a second to settle in our brains😅 but we went for it! A beautiful, red headed young lady helped us and she truly was a gem herself 👌🏽!! I looooved her personality! So fun, energetic, helpful, and genuine!! We tried several flavors but that Honey Lavender brought me so much joy inside 🥹😅!! I was then swept off my feet with Pear & Blue Cheese😱!! The customers next to us were such a bonus treat! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and I'd drive 45 mins again to come back!!

Gourmet ice cream shop. You have to be willing to try out of the box flavors.
We had the best experience at the Totem Lake Salt & Straw. Our 'ice cream sommelier', Michael , guided us to interesting seasonal flavors we might have missed, like tomato with olive crisp and chocolate chip zucchini bread - wow! The ice cream is spectacular and the service is warm, welcoming, and exceptional.
It's a must visit - ask for Michael! We will be back.

We’ve been to Salt & Straw locations all over - Oregon, LA, you name it - but today’s visit to the Totem Lake spot was hands down one of our best experiences.

She was super patient while we considered our options and she even told us about her personal favorites, which honestly made all the difference in what we ended up choosing.
You can tell Isabella genuinely cares about what she’s doing and wants customers to have a good time. That kind of service is more rare these days.
We left feeling like we’d had the full Salt & Straw experience, not just grabbed some ice cream.
