I’m pretty picky with seafood, especially anything like crab or roe where quality is obvious right away. Their crab tastes clean and not waterlogged, which you see a lot even in “premium” stuff. The caviar is actually what stood out more to me. Good texture, not overly salty, and just tastes fresh.
