My girlfriend and I randomly stopped into Sparrow one night and ended up loving it. The vibe was on point, relaxed but still upscale and the food was top tier. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, and the drinks were honestly some of the best we’ve had in the area.
What really made the experience stand out was our server, Michael. Super friendly, attentive, and just genuinely made the night better.
We liked it so much that we came back again on New Year’s Eve for their four-course dinner with live music, and it did not disappoint. Same great atmosphere, great food, and Michael remembered us and took care of us again, which made the night even better.
If you’re looking for a great date spot or just a place with good energy, great food, and high-quality service, this is it. Definitely a hidden gem in Kirkland. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful. Great vibe and delicious food. I've been here for dinner and brunch as well as a quick stop at the end of the night fo a quick drink and dessert. Definitely recommend for dates, friend meals to catch-up, and special events.

Slow service on Xmas but me and my bf enjoyed the desserts ( fried doughnuts & the coconut sorbet with the chocolate syrup and condensed milk ) and the steak came out super rare 😭 we wanted rib eye that’s medium well and medium rare, then for the seatings was ok. The bathroom was ok. The light dimming atmosphere was good 🩷 the fresh orange juice was ok. My bf got the root beer w sugar cane was ok too. The winter salad was fun to eat and interesting to try that’s fruits and arugula which it is little bitter. The wait took a while each course was frustrating but besides that I’ll give it a generous 4 star ☺️
Had an amazing steak sandwich. Would love to try their brunch!

Disappointing experience. We'd never eaten here previously but decided to check it out for dinner on a Friday evening. We found several of the dishes to be excessively salty, nearly to the point of being inedible. The remaining dishes we ordered were largely lackluster, bland, and unsatisfying. Needless to say, we quickly decided to forgo ordering dessert. Service was uncomfortably slow between appetizers and entrees, but the waiter, to his credit, did apologize for the lengthy wait. It also seemed to take longer than reasonably expected for the empty booth across from us to be cleaned of its dirty plates and utensils from the previous customers. Lastly, I wasn't fan of the loud monotone club music that reverberated throughout the restaurant for the entirety of our meal. I get that some people enjoy that kind of ambiance and that's totally fine, but it just wasn't my preferred dinnertime vibe.
Love Sparrow! Sitting at the bar or on the patio on a sunny day is our favorite. Chatting with Jeshua and Chris at the bar was super educational and enjoyable. Two thumbs up on the cocktails! Highly recommend …

How about this for a review - OH What good luck, I just ate the most magnificent duck. At Sparrows I darn near made a glutton and fool of myself. Roasted duck with a cherry port wine sauce. My, my, my a beautiful cherry surprise. A leg, thigh and breast accompanied with an Argintine red wine. Lord all mighty is in the most rewarding places. Sparrows is all up in my palate doing naughty things that taste so so so good. Enough said - get there. DLNewt

Sparrow is a great brunch spot. Delicious and nice atmosphere. Lots of girlfriends were enjoying themselves on Sunday there.
This place is mediocre at best. The food is over priced and over salted. We ordered the guajillo chicken and it was not hot and very tough. The zucchini linguini was very salty. My grandma enjoyed her scallops. The steak was good but over cooked. They offered to remake it but my husband decided it wasn’t worth the trouble. We also liked the Caesar. For such prices everything should be flawless. The service was very good and our waitress Rita was lovely and very attentive.

Food was pretty good but not for the price. Rosemary bread did not taste like rosemary. The wings were okay, but the sliders were good. Wait staff was friendly but wouldn't say they were on top of things. We had a decent size party and were celebrating our marriage. Wish the food would have been better, the noise level was lower, and the staff more knowledgeable about the menu.
We came for brunch - the heated outdoor patio was great, so was the service. The coffee was lacking, and the chicken and waffles were pretty disappointing. The chorizo puff pastry was fantastic, and the burger was good as well. Overall, we enjoyed this restaurant and would come back.
