How about this for a review - OH What good luck, I just ate the most magnificent duck. At Sparrows I darn near made a glutton and fool of myself. Roasted duck with a cherry port wine sauce. My, my, my a beautiful cherry surprise. A leg, thigh and breast accompanied with an Argintine red wine. Lord all mighty is in the most rewarding places. Sparrows is all up in my palate doing naughty things that taste so so so good. Enough said - get there. DLNewt

Sparrow is a great brunch spot. Delicious and nice atmosphere. Lots of girlfriends were enjoying themselves on Sunday there.
Food was pretty good but not for the price. Rosemary bread did not taste like rosemary. The wings were okay, but the sliders were good. Wait staff was friendly but wouldn't say they were on top of things. We had a decent size party and were celebrating our marriage. Wish the food would have been better, the noise level was lower, and the staff more knowledgeable about the menu.
We came for brunch - the heated outdoor patio was great, so was the service. The coffee was lacking, and the chicken and waffles were pretty disappointing. The chorizo puff pastry was fantastic, and the burger was good as well. Overall, we enjoyed this restaurant and would come back.
Overall disappointing experience for the Thanksgiving holiday, especially compared to normal service
2025 was our 2nd year having Thanksgiving dinner at Sparrow. There really needs to be a better system in place between kitchen output and serving the courses. A half hour between each of the 4 courses being served is far too long. Lobster Risotto was delicious, as was the Autumn salad and Wagyu bites, but my husband's Turkey meal was served cold. Must have spent too long at the pass.
Thanksgiving dinner for our family of 6 was outstanding. The prix fixe menu included a variety of options for bedtime, from the delicious appetizers of mussels, lobster bisque, and butternut squash soup, to the main courses of prime rib, filet mignon, and the traditional turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing with cranberry sauce. We also loved the dessert options of the flourless chocolate cake and gluten-free doughnut holes with chocolate and vanilla dipping sauces. Our server was attentive and comped our drinks after there was a delay with our main courses. All in all, our Thanksgiving dinner felt very special, and everyone left feeling satisfied.
A lovely way to spend Thanksgiving. We were well taken care of, the food was spot on, portion friendly, delicious chocolate cake.
First time dinner at Sparrow. Parking was convenient. Ambiance is great. The food and service was outstanding. Try the duck!
Spectacular. Our experience ticked all of the boxes from our seating, the lighting, the service to the food. Everything was a delight and immediately we all planned our return for another meal. A bit pricey but everything was a delight and they even comped a piece of the flourless chocolate cake (yum!) with a candle for my son's birthday.

The seafood chowder is one of the best things I have ever eaten - very special! The swordfish was comparable to what you get a Mama's Fish House in Maui.
We both chose options from the Seattle Restaurant Week Menu and everything from starters to desserts was delicious. I had the petit filet mignon. (perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked), and my friend had the swordfish (she said it was good and ate it all). Our server, Gabby, was wonderful — when she learned my friend was celebrating a birthday, she went out of her way to make sure we had a great meal.
Love the sunroof. I've eaten brunch and lunch there and loved it all. Even have Thanksgiving reservations at Sparrows and looking forward to it. Only downside is the 3% fee they charge for using a credit card!
We have been here three times and have never been disappointed. The cocktails are creative, the food is delicious and perfectly presented, and the service is excellent.
We have driven by Sparrow for years and had no idea what was there. This was such a pleasant surprise. Our server Gabby was so friendly. The food was very tasty. We had the swordfish, pork ribs, and duck and all of them were outstanding. The flourless cake was also very good. We'll definitely be back for dinner and want to try their brunch.
