Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. Thank you Mark and the company should promote you to management to train other employees. There is a difference between order taking and professional service. Starbucks can benefit from Mark.

Every time we come to this location, our wait time is absurd. We are currently on 22 minutes of waiting for a super small order of hot coco (with no one ahead of us or behind us.) Not sure if it's a constant turn over of staff, but every time we try to give this location "another chance" we kick ourselves in the a$$
