Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. This location offers great customer service, has a lot of seating and has clean facilities. The reason for the 3 stars is the quality of their coffee especially my fav drink "Americano" which is always so weak! The other Starbucks in Kirkland on 100th Ave gets it right all the time. They are very prompt with stocking Mobile orders. The parking is not bad but tends to become a pain around evening when all the businesses in the strip mall are open and humming with customers.

This is a small Starbucks (not the QFC) and as such, frequently, there are long lines. The staff here are phenomenal and it makes the difference... They create a cozy atmosphere by providing swift and friendly service! I wish Starbucks corporate would provide roll down sun shades for the front windows even if relevant during the fall only! A great neighborhood Place despite the small space!
