Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. I see this location only got excellent reviews, I used to like this location, until one day they really pissed me off. I ordered venti drink and when they finished my drink they give me a straw for a grande , by saying they out of venti straws. I was shocked why would you even start making a drink if you know you can't provide me a proper equipment. Great little Starbucks in a strip center that is like an oasis in the maze of shopping choices in the surrounding area. Another known entity to drop in and get refreshed. Parking can be busy so you might have to park a few stores down the way, but its worth it.
