Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. Thank you Mark and the company should promote you to management to train other employees. There is a difference between order taking and professional service. Starbucks...
