Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. I see this location only got excellent reviews, I used to like this location, until one day they really pissed me off. I ordered venti drink and when they finished my drink they give me a straw for a grande , by saying they out of venti straws. I was shocked why would you even start making a drink if you know you can't provide me a proper equipment.
