It seems like a new location—very clean with spacious seating and plenty of tables. Good vibes!

However, the staff wasn’t very friendly. I was holding a Starbucks cup and asked for the bathroom code. Even though I had previously ordered a drink there and was just going to rinse my cup before refilling, the staff assumed I hadn’t made a purchase and refused to provide the code. But I was holding the Sbux cup!

I explained the situation while clearly holding the cup, and after having to explain the whole situation, they provided the code. Even if a guest hasn’t ordered yet, if they’re visibly about to, with the Sbux cup in their hands, a bit more openness and flexibility would go a long way.

That was disappointing, but otherwise, everything was fine.

Disgusting attitude, they didn't give me my order in full. And they kept knocking on the door, they didn’t even want to serve.

They set up a code for the toilet. I was fasting, I wasn't allowed to eat or drink that day. I wanted to use the toilet, they said only if I ordered coffee from them. This is complete nonsense. I will never buy anything from them again.

I can't believe it! I've been a Kirkland resident for so long and have been coming to this location for ages. When I arrived on 02-27-2025 around 12:00 pm, I simply asked for the bathroom code before placing my order. And what did she say? "You have to buy something first before I give you the code." Can you believe that? I ended up buying drinks just to use the bathroom and then left in disgust. I swear, I will never spend another dollar there again.

I have been a long time customer here even twice in a day right now I am not able to get permission to use the bathroom the server called Seveni refused even looking at me that I have a coffee cup on my hand which is weird I am so sad.

Vegetarian options: Come and get it but if you want to use bathroom make sure they let you use before you make any payments

I come in to do some studying and work. I'm not quite yet thirsty, so I am yet to order from them. I ask them for the bathroom code because I need to perform a natural bodily function, but they refuse to give the code since I "Have to make a purchase first". What kind of nonsensical policy is this? I expected more from a Starbucks establishment, but oh well, I guess I will not be taking my business here anymore. Corporate greed at its utmost.

Absolute troll of a woman (blonde with glasses) at the counter would not let me use the bathroom without making a purchase, I will definitely not visit this location again for any reason. What a slime bag

The White employees here are racist and obnoxious. Before ordering, I asked if I could get the bathroom code and the cashier said, "well, did you pay for something?" I had to buy something before they would give me the code. But when I went to pick up my drinks, a white man came in and asked for the bathroom code. Did they question him? No. They gave him the code and he used the restroom and left. This happened twice to two white men and I do not think that's right. Worst experience in a Starbucks.

$6.00 for acai refresher. 90% ice. Worse than fraud. Insulting honestly. Also agree with another reviewers comment on that starbucks are not welcoming anymore. Extremely overpriced.

Staff literally insulted us... We ordered a simple drink off their menu and inquired about another one that happened to be sold out and misheard what they said (once). We were polite and thanked them, just for them to call us dumb to a colleague right before the mic cut off (once they realized it was still on) The curly haired male employee then moved off the window shift area and let someone else take our payment after that. I work in the service industry so I get it, but calling customers literal names for actually doing nothing but mishearing you is wild and inappropriate.

I have gone to this location about 4 times total. 2 of the 4 times I have been there, I have been given the WRONG item at the drive-thru. Today I ordered one sandwich and got another. Not to mention what I got was priced less than what I ordered.
The other day I ordered a drink and they forgot the syrup.
This location needs to double check what they are doing at the drive through because they are making way too many simple mistakes!!!!! Hello Manager? Can you please manage your location better? Seems that I am not the only one having problems here.
