These guys hate motorcyclists, they put them in danger by telling them to carry 3 drinks while somehow try to manage not to crash on motorcycle. Didn’t allowed person on foot to pick up the order for motorcyclist

My friends and I came to this Starbucks past 10 PM on motorcycles, knowing the lobby was closed. We only took one motorcycle to place a single order - three drinks for three people. Right away, the staff gave us attitude and told us we couldn’t stand near our friend who was on his bike in the drive-thru. They said they wouldn’t take our order if we didn’t leave.

We told the employee our drink order and then went around the building (not the drive-thru side) to the window to help our friend, since it’s physically impossible to carry three drinks and ride or roll a 420+ lb motorcycle. They told us to stay away from the window or they would call the police.

When I asked how my friend was supposed to carry three drinks on a bike, all they said was it was their Starbucks liability and our problem and if we didn’t leave, they’d call the cops. We stepped aside, but at the end, one employee actually waved at my friend and asked him to help carry the drinks anyway.

Super unwelcoming experience. I won’t be coming back to this location. For a 24/7 Starbucks, I expected a lot more flexibility and understanding. :(

Seems like they don’t welcome motorcycles here… refused to give the drinks out of the window to my other 2 friends that tried to help me carry them. I physically couldn’t carry 3 drinks on a motorcycle. Also refused to carry the drinks out through the lobby because lobby was closed… Told us they are going to call the police if my friends won’t get away from the window

The lady with the red hair is unprofessional and disengaged with her job. We always try to avoid this place when she is working. Drinks are not made properly and we regularly experience a short temper from her. Unfortunately this is the only place that is open 24/7

They made the wrong drink (strawberry milk instead of Strawberry Matcha stucco). I realized after a sip and let them know. A nice lady was remaking my drink, when the supervisor, I guess, KEVIN, asked me to stop drinking the incorrect drink and throw it away.
I do not like wasting food, and I told him that. And he still insisted I should throw the drink THEY made wrong away since they were making me a new drink. Why Kevin? Why should perfectly good food be thrown away because YOU made a mistake?

Google hours indicate open 24hrs for store and drive through. Drove all the way there at 11pm to get a drink and work, but store is actually closed. Waste of gas because these incompetent dolts can’t figure out how to properly set their business hours.

What ruined my night even more other than the fact that I came to this Starbucks was that I cannot put zero stars, first of all my entire hoodie is soaked in strawberry açaí refresher. The girl was extremely rude and on her phone “texting” and didn’t fully close the lid of my drink and it spilled all over me. Thank you :—)

Lynn was so rude this morning 5/29/2025. I told her to be kinder over the intercom and when I got to the window she ignored me until taking my payment and handing me my things. Be kinder. Do better. *i had asked to pay for just a hot cup of water and she berated me about it*

I’m rating a 5 star genuinely just because they’ve never gotten my order wrong and always have had great interactions through the drive thru. I mostly go around lunch time and noticed that the barista that always get my order also goes by D. There isn’t a day I’ve ever ordered and gotten a rude response. Some days the last thing you need is a dry or rude interaction through the drive thru, but she’s always in a great mood and is kind!!

The two baristas at this Starbucks were incredibly rude and lacked customer service skills. I originally went in and asked for a cup of water and the girl told me Starbucks’ new policy change about making a purchase in order to receive water. So I mobile ordered a tea and went back in for the water. I asked the barista while picking up my tea for two venti waters and he looked at me and told me to go order it. There were no customers waiting and he was not making drinks. The whole experience was poor due to their lack of service and attitude.

In my drive thru experience today, I mistakenly placed an order at a different location. A bit embarrased, I had to reorder at the drive thru after the employee informed me i placed it wrong. I was willing to pay for the new order because of course, but they were so kind as to not double charge me for the food. I was amazed and I thank everyone who helped me there.
