Good Service!!
No waiting in line.
I love the Starbucks on 145th and Lake City Way. There is a closer Starbucks to my house, but they don’t have the customer service skills that this one has. Everyone knows my name, and they greet me as I walk in the door. I order on my mobile app and my drink is ready for me every time. It took them awhile to get the management right at this location, but now they’ve got it, and you can tell. Always service with a smile, and each employee goes above and beyond every day....read full review

This spot is GREAT. They are consistent on making the drinks properly, they do it quickly, and have amazing customer service. The baristas are always so friendly and kind. They are quick, but always have a great attitude. Courtneys and Ashtyns are so welcoming and kind. They are always consistent when making drinks. Their vibrant energy makes the day. The drive thru is always pretty fast, they have good customer service. Some customers have a regular order: a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with vanilla, and cake pops. The staff there listen, and there are a lot of deacons and priests. The place is dog friendly. However, the tables are kind of dirty when dining in. It is a very quiet place to enjoy a book. One customer had to get a cookie crumble remade correctly, which wasn’t a problem.
