Yesterday and today I was gonna go down the hill to get my fix. Then I remembered they now have the most ridiculous policy ( not Starbucks fault) of having to pay to park in a strip mall parking lot.
I refused to come both times this week.
It is not your fault they can't properly manage their lot. This is not the answer! I used to come down daily for many businesses...

I have gotten my coffee from here before work at least twice a week for the past year and it has come out perfect every time! I order ahead and by the time I get in the store (15 min after ordering) it ready for me on the counter. Ordering inside is great too, the staff is helpful and I haven't had to wait too long. The location is very whimsical as well. They also keep water out for pets <3

The STAFF makes this store great. Very personable, warm and professional. The staff greets every customer, knows the returning customers by name and order and genuinely learns about the customers. Starbucks management should go to this store and adopt their practices to other stores!
