We had the Sushi Deluxe Dinner, the Chirashi, and the Katsu. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The katsu was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The beer was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the beer sampler because it let us try a variety of different beers. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be back!
This place caught me by surprise due to how good the sushi is at this place with a name like Thirsty hop. Don't be fooled, the sushi is some of the best in bellevue. Lots of craft beer options that really ads some uniqueness to this place.
Hidden gem in Kirkland! The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried tasted amazing, and the quality really stood out. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive.
