Twelve Baskets Catering

I do have a warning if booking from Twelve Baskets Catering and be very careful. I booked an event with them last year for catering. They did a great job, however, after the owner, tried to charge me an extra $1,200 after services were rendered and contract was complete. The owner erroneously thought we didn't pay for a service that we did not receive and was not in our written contract. He threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay this fee but fortunately I had a copy of the contract and all email correspondences. They provided excellent service and I was very happy with the event. Just be mindful to have all your documentation to provide a paper trail if you have to dispute a charge.

We had the best food and service at our wedding thanks to Twelve Baskets! We looked at multiple caterers for our wedding, but what ultimately won us over was the great interactions we had at our tasting getting to meet the chef and coordinators. We knew we had a great team supporting us, and the food was in a different galaxy compared to the standard wedding fare. Working with Vita and Brett was great, and we didn't make it easy on them with many changes to our guest count, menu, dietary restrictions and more. If you need a caterer we highly recommend Twelve Baskets!

We used Twelve Baskets for our wedding and they were excellent! Leading up to the event they were communicative and helpful in sharing their expertise and answering our questions. On the day of they were on top of everything, serving on time, and the food was great. Everything tasted good but our guests particularly liked the house made rolls. Thank you Twelve Baskets!

Twelve Baskets made our corporate event in Woodinville a success! Vita was communicative, attentive to details, and provided great customer service. She worked with me every step of the way and our group was thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend Twelve Baskets and look forward to working with them again!

Twelve Baskets was the caterer for the Mt. Vernon Celtic Center’s annual Scotch tasting and were wonderful throughout the planning process and event. Stand outs: the staff showed up early from an hour drive away and were ready to tackle working in our small kitchen. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to all the details from start to finish. The food was delicious, creatively presented, on time, and generous. Our guests said more than once that their expectations were exceeded. Everyone left very happy. Thank you for going the extra mile, literally! :)

Twelve Baskets catered our wedding in July of 2023 and we could not be happier that we decided to hire them!We got married at Craven Farm in Snohomish, and Twelve Baskets is one of their exclusive caterers. After a couple of tastings and meetings, it was clear to us that we wanted to work with the Twelve Baskets team. We left our tasting feeling so excited about the menu for our wedding!We worked with Brett and were so happy with how professional, friendly, and flexible she and her team were throughout the planning process. We arranged a kids menu, were able to accommodate multiple food allergies and restrictions, and purchased our own alcohol for their bartenders to serve. All of these things were INCREDIBLY helpful touches for us!The team was on time, professional, and so friendly the day of our wedding. Each one of the catering staff congratulated myself and my husband, which we really appreciated. The team brought drinks to our bridal party before the ceremony, and put together a cheese plate for my husband and I to enjoy immediately after the ceremony. We never had to ask for anything, they seemed to have it ready before it even crossed our minds!The food was delicious and the setup was absolutely gorgeous. We are so thankful for how accommodating and flexible the Twelve Baskets team was, and would recommend them to any couple looking for a professional and friendly caterer to be part of their wedding day.

Twelve Baskets catered our school PTA's annual Spring Fundraiser in June 2023 and I can't say enough great things about them!From the very beginning of our partnership during the planning and contracting process, Brett was super flexible and responsive - I knew we'd be in good hands. The communication leading up the event was timely and informative.The day of the event completely exceeded our expectations! The Twelve Baskets event team was so helpful during the event setup process, the service was flawless, and the food was beyond delicious.Our event committee has received so many compliments on the food & drinks from our guests - we already can't wait to use Twelve Baskets again for our next event!

Choosing to hire Twelve Baskets Catering was a great decision.We booked them for our wedding pre pandemic and had to postpone several times. Throughout that stressful time we emailed with Vita, she was easy to communicate with and was thoughtful to all our concerns.Finally three years later we had our dream wedding and the food and service was amazing. Rob and his team were attentive and professional. Having a small plate of our picked hors d’oeuvres ready for me and my husband immediately after the ceremony was a nice touch.Highly recommend booking Twelve Baskets for your wedding.

As the owner of Your Perfect Bridesmaid, I recently had the incredible opportunity to work with Twelve Baskets Catering for a large event. The Twelve Baskets team was collaborative, detailed, easy to work with, and super creative with their menu. Their staff are polished, professional, detail oriented and very easy to work with. We hired Twelve Baskets to cater hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner for our wedding. The tasting was delicious, and they easily made some adjustments based on our likes/dislikes. When it came to the wedding everything happened flawlessly. They even set aside some hors d'oeuvres for us to sample when we rejoined our guests after photos and sent us home with little to-go boxes! Everything was delicious but I think the most impressive was the fried chicken. Oftentimes buffet style chicken can be really dry but this was moist and still had a crisp breading. We will definitely keep Twelve Baskets in mind for future events!
