Minor grievance but enough to warrant a 3/5 rating, the baristas almost never followed my instructions of adding raw sugar to my coffee and in at least 2 occasions I had to leave with an unsweetened coffee (because I trusted them). Nothing too crazy, I just hope they paid more attention despite me being explicit with the instructions.
Such a cute little coffee shop right near Juanita Beach. Lived in Kirkland my entire life and just recently tried it out. The coffee was delicious and the place was cozy and welcoming inside with outdoor seating. Service was excellent. Taelon helped me and he was very friendly and gave me recommendations for food and drinks. I also chatted briefly with Bianca while in, and her customer service and professionalism was top tier. Will be returning!!
First time visiting, staff was very nice, my beverage came out with a beautiful art topper even though it was to go, and the strawberry white mocha was absolutely delicious! Will totally be back :)
