I have a soy allergy so generally have to stay away from Vietnamese (and most other Asian) cuisine sadly, but Vinason has soy-free options that were amazing!!! We ordered the bahn mi and pho ??. The food came out super fast, and the place is so pretty and cleanly! Will definitely come back & highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Soy-free options (as well as other allergens) on website!

Decent pho, rather expensive for what you get.

Mid Bahn mi for $12 is actually insane. There's a pho place down the street with better food and their Bahn Mis are like half the price. Pho is okay and better bang for the buck. Definitely recommend one of the other pho spots around though.

I want to give a shout out to Vietnamese food with a mainstream approach. I was talking with my Vietnamese American brother (literally), I’m a Black guy who grew up eating, cooking and absorbing Vietnamese culture thanks to him. One thing we always loved was the Viet Deli/ bakeries in the ID. Bomb food and particularly banh mi for super cheap! We both ate the sandwich pictured at Vinason today and he brought up an interesting point- why can sub shops, sandwich spots, other “American” sandwich spots charge $10-15+ for their food and there’s no complaints whatsoever. But when it comes to some Asian foods (POC foods in general) the expectation is to get similar products but at a fraction of the price.I digress… this Vinason sandwich has quality ingredients, great flavor and they don’t skimp. It’s worth the price. For full transparency and my taste, I love texture and the sandwich has that, but I’ve got to have texture on the meat. There was any char on the pork, and it all had one texture. That said, the marinade was on point. Veggies on point. It was delicious, 4.5 ⭐️

Generally I love this store for takeout — however I hate that when you load their site, it shows all other locations immediately and takes a second or two to show KirklandI just ordered to the wrong one and while this is probably entirely my fault; I’m going to share some of the responsibility with the goofy website. Jimmy John’s, as an example, just asks for my location and shows me the nearest stores in order of proximityThis is something I need to watch for every time I order (Kirkland is the last in this slowly animated listing of store on their website!) and I’ll reconsider this review if this ever changes!

I stopped by for some lunch with a friend and was surprised to see the modern self-serve kiosk format at this Vietnamese restaurant. You step up to the 2 kiosks by the door, place your order and pay, then find a seat until they call your number. There is a TV screen by the collection area that shows where you are in the queue, and they get the food out quickly despite the estimated wait time. This is a great place for a casual meal or getting something to go; the food is tasty, price is fair for the area, and the takeaway bowls/utensils are high quality and biodegradable/recyclable.

Definitely not a mom and pop pho place but still really tasty. I appreciated all the gluten free options that were clearly marked. Pho is pretty good but I loved their vermicelli noodle bowl.Service was great and fast. Although, the ordering system is all tablet based.

The food came out almost instantly which is good and bad. It literally came out 15 seconds after I ordered it…maybe 30. Nonetheless, everything from the basil and sprouts and lime to the actual noodles and broth seemed like it was ready for anyone walking up. Initially, it tasted like powder broth, but as I finished off the smaller portion, I slurped it all up because it turned out to be ok. The brisket was a bit chewy, but fine for the most part. I just wish the portion was a little larger and the basil and lime was more generous. However, they have options for extra of each for .25 which isn’t much. I’ll do that next time if I come back. It’s a very interesting “self service” format of a restaurant.Parking: It’s validated for 4 hours

Ordered the prawn pho and fresh rolls with prawns and almost every single one of them had bits shells left on it. I had to disassemble the rolls and peel off shells from the prawns and also go through one by one in the pho as well. At least 10 out of the 20 altogether had small to larger pieces of shell left on. It was not pleasant and I wouldn't order it again.

I've been here a couple of times before, food is good, their pho and vermicelli bowls great. This is a no service restaurant, so you order at the screen, self serve at the table and clean up after yourself. I've just noticed that they are charging an operating fee and a bag fee for dine in. Since we rarely get the receipt, I never checked before... so make sure they refund the bag fee if you dine in, they should not be charging that without handing out a bag. You order at a computer, the moment you hit dine-in, the bag fee should be removed. I also asked about the dubious operating fee, and turns out, this is for using a credit card. Hmm, you can't pay any other way at their PC stations, so... really not cool. If you need to nickel and dime folks, just add the cost into your food. Stuff like this leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

I forgot to take pictures! This place is amazing! Lots of seating available at 1 pm on a Saturday today. When you enter the door, you see plants and a fresh, clean environment with the kitchen area behind a high counter on the right. You place your order at a kiosk and wait for your food to be ready. There is a large monitor above the pick-up counter where you can see your name and order number along with time remaining until it's ready. We ordered brisket pho and a chicken lemongrass Banh Mi sandwich. Both tasted absolutely delicious! The perfect mix of flavors and just what we were looking for. If you are in the area and haven't tried this place yet, please do! The staff are very friendly and helpful and will welcome you in with a big smile.

I absolutely love the Vinason downtown by the stadiums but this one doesn't have many of the things on the menu there. Please add the wings and tots at least. Also, it's dead silent in here and all the customers are eating awkwardly. Can someone set a vibe please? A little music goes a long way.
