I came to wingdome a few years ago and decided to visit it again to check it out. The service was absolutely horrible. We waited over 30 minutes for 6 classic wings and 12 boneless wings. We also ordered mozzarella sticks but they never brought it out as it seems the waiter/waitress forgot the order. When the wings were finally brought out , my classic wings were not even hot and seemed lukewarm. The boneless wings seemed like theyâve been microwaved and been warmed. I told the waiter and he said he will tell the kitchen staff to make it âfreshâ? Like stents wings supposed to be hot and fresh? I only told him about the classic wings since I didnât want to wait another 30 minutes and be hungry so we settled to just eat the boneless. Another 20 minutes and the new classic wings came out. The chicken had this weird smell like it came from the freezer. The quality of it wasnât good at all based on how expensive the price of it was. When I got to pay my bill the waiter even manage to give me the wrong receipt for another table and I had to tell him this is the wrong receipt. The waiter/waitress were not attentive and I can see them texting and just socializing to each other instead of doing their job. Glad to say I will never come back here. Even though I donât like Buffalo Wild Wings that much, it will still beat this wingdome by a mile out of the water. I am throughly convinced they served my family leftovers or just microwaved and warmed out food instead of cooking it the right way due to the lack of customers they get. Stay away from this restaurant and go order wings somewhere else.

$26 for 12 wings? I didn't immediately walk out because this has always been my favorite wing place. Sauce is always good here but the wings were huge and gross tasting. Lunch was over $42 and I ordered a water and side of tots. No way I am coming back without that lunch special they used to have. Sad day...

Went to Wingdome tonightâwe usually come here at least once a month because we love the place. Unfortunately, this time the wings were a letdown. They werenât crispy at all and honestly felt like they were cooked in a microwave. Fried chicken wings should be crispy regardless of their size. Unfortunately, the ones we had were soft and lacked any crunch. When we brought it up, the staff mentioned they had changed vendors and the wings are now larger â but that shouldnât compromise quality. Bigger wings or not, they should still be properly fried and crispy.

Wings are very good. Much larger than I am used to. Sauces are great too. Was disappointed they didn't have the waffle fries this time.
