First order of the day on Feb 24, 2024. Ordered 2 Sweet Taro Sago Lattes. Took 10 minutes to make (mine was the only order). Saw the guy who made the drink scoop things out of the blender after making the drink and throwing it in the sink, but wasn't sure why. Realized it was PLASTIC that was INSIDE the drink and he didn't catch all the pieces because I almost swallowed it! Worst experience ever.

The service is awful and the whole place is disgusting and messy. You can see right through their kitchen and it's awkwardly quiet and extremely tiny. The worker never said a single word and just proceeded to receive the receipt of our kiosk order and didn't look up at us once. The drink was plain and barely had flavor, as for the price not worth it.

I'm sorry to report that my recent visit to this establishment was extremely unsatisfactory. I would rate it zero stars. The customer service was subpar, and I observed employees vaping while working, which is unprofessional and concerning. I would caution others considering this place.

As a boba place, closing at 7pm is quite early in my opinion, but I guess that’s owner’s decision. However, I made an online order at 6:40 today, and they directly cancelled it. This is not my first time. Last time I also made an order around 6:45, and when I arrived about 5 minutes later, the store was already closed.If your stuff wants to go home early, please modify your open time accordingly and remove yourself from online orders and apps.

I went to Yifang in Kirkland with my family, and while the drinks were okay, the service was awful. There were no smiles, no attempts at pleasantries; on the contrary, the expression the young woman had was close to contempt, and that was right after we entered. I don't care how good the food was; with that kind of service, we will never be going back. I haven't written a Yelp review in years, but I feel it is my duty to warn people away from such horrible service.

The employees are often smoking right in front of the restaurant. The space always looks dirty. Every experience I have had with the staff, they are unfriendly and seem to care more about hanging out than working.

I wasn't feeling great and wanted one of their hot ginger milk lattes. My partner and I were the only ones in the shop. The two workers in the shop didn't bother to greet us which I was ok with since the set up seems more of a self service type.I had good experiences with their location one the Ave so I didn't think much. We had speedy service but I came to realize why after I held my drink. My drink was sadly lukewarm to the touch.Maybe it was just one bad experience? Maybe I'll try it again to see if it was just a one time thing.

The drink was basically a cup of water. Completely tasteless. Complained to the employee but she didn't care. Ended up getting a refund. The WORST yifang location ever! And very bad employee training. The employee had a very bad and unprofessional attitude.
