I wasn't feeling great and wanted one of their hot ginger milk lattes. My partner and I were the only ones in the shop. The two workers in the shop didn't bother to greet us which I was ok with since the set up seems more of a self service type.I had good experiences with their location one the Ave so I didn't think much. It's a small shop, with only one person. The order screen is shockingly large for such a small space, which made it really awkward to order. That said, the drink I ordered was basically what I expected from a YiFang, and the location is pretty good (I walked; if you drive, your mileage may vary).

Really small shop, took awhile to get my drink but I'm pretty sure it's because there was 1 person working. This is the second time I've gotten a milk tea at YiFang, I usually get the pineapple tea (so good) but the milk tea is just so-so. I like that the supreme trio has all the good stuff (grass jelly, tapioca and sago) but I think the tea is pretty weak. I've gotten 50% and 70% sweetness and they still tasted the same (different locations).
