Really nice roast coffee with a great seating area. I ordered a small cappuccino which was well balanced enough it could be called a flat white. Its super great its open at 6am. Has a big seating area for relaxing or working.

The drinks were good, but unfortunately the service really let the experience down. Both the woman taking our order and the barista came across as unfriendly and dismissive. We felt noticeably less welcome than other customers, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope they work on providing a more welcoming and respectful service to everyone.

Delicious coffee spot that opens early with a handful of hot breakfast sandwiches and pastry offerings. Barista was lovely and served the best hot mocha.

Their matcha is not great, they always seem understaffed, and all my interactions with the baristas have been unfriendly.
Their spicy chai however is amazing

I’ve been a regular customer because I genuinely like the beans here, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

Zoka typically offers a complimentary coffee with each bag of beans. Earlier this month, I purchased 5 bags (over $100 total) for visiting family, but was initially told I would receive only one coffee. When I asked if I could get additional coffees for my family waiting outside, the staff member responded with a dismissive attitude and clear reluctance. She eventually agreed, but only offered the smallest size. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming.

This reflects one specific staff member, not my past experiences, but the attitude, lack of basic courtesy, and how this was handled were unacceptable.

Honestly just to begin the drinks weren’t that good, but that’s not the reason for this review. Aside from being extremely and unnecessarily overpriced, when I went in the servers were so rude. There was sweet older gentleman who seemed like he was struggling to walk, who misplaced his dishes. He had returned them to the counter but not in the tray. And I know that it makes the barista job a bit harder, but it wouldn’t have been much of a hassle for one of them to take it back. When the older man had reached the door, she fully called him back and had him go back to take his dishes, and when I offered to take them over for him, she gave me a bit of an attitude, and made the entire experience unpleasant.

Coffee is horrible, yet her attitude was worse. Extremely bitter and terrible flavor. Tried it three different times, by far the worst cup of coffee Ive ever had. The gas stations serve better tasting coffee. Don't know how these people stay in business, there is far more superior coffee in every direction around here. You would think selling that bad of a cup of coffee for that price, you would at the least have a better attitude;)

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, The bakery items were stale and cold, and the coffee was bad. Bummer, because I like the location to hang out with a friend, but the customer service experience was bad enough that I won't ever go back.

Anyone ordering a pistachio mocha here should not assume its iced just because its under the “cold” section. The barista was super rude about it when we she handed over a hot drink which we clearly ordered from the cold section. We didnt ask her for a replacement or refund, just pointed out the nuance in the menu.

It’s a shame the coffee is decent because the staff are horrible and super unkind, made me not want to come back. I ordered a coffee and forgot to say the size and the girl gave me full attitude and said “do other coffee companies not have sizes” and said to start over. Place itself is nice with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. They have plugs and WiFi if you need to work or study. Coffee is decent, nothing too special. Not to mention, the coffee takes a good 10 minutes to come out, and if you ordered food - good luck!
