“My family have drove up to the PNW to fish since I was a young lad, today, I’m 52 years young. In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. It doesn’t matter what type of business you own or work for, it’s not about the products, services or pricing. Business is about people. After all, people make all of those decisions I just mentioned. We all know people are not without flaws (excluding Donald Duck ); no person or business is above reproach, (accept Donald Duck thought he was). Having said that, did we receive a perfect order every single time we stopped at this location, no. However, Burgerville has always owned it and made it right, with a cut above to make up for inconvenience. Don’t misunderstand me, the food is fantastic but this component is why we always come back. Mistakes are not meant to define you or an organization, they are meant to guide the individual and the organization. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“The food was excellent, and so was the service. The fries are so crisp and cooked just right. They even have a great Greek menu! I had the chicken/hummus pita, which was delicious and the pita was soft, warm, and fresh. My husband, who is picky about his hamburgers, loved the one they serve here.“

“A Lil pricey , but what isn't these days, clerk was very helpful, got the colossal burger & the vampir ( seasonal) the 1 double colossal filled my husband, he said great flavor & I know the vampire burger was DELICIOUS tons of garlic great flavor , I also got the chicken salad between the burger & the salad it became 2 meals for me. Even my husband who hates fast food fries said there's was real good & I agree..i didn't like the pumpkin shake it tasted fake but the mocha drink was gd.3 burgers 1 fry ,1 salad & 2 drinks with $5 tip was almost $69.00 ... more than I expected for sure. Thank god it was gd at least“

“Burgers weren't quite as good as what I've had at other Wayback Burgers. Patty could have used more browning and the cheese wasn't melted all the way. Cheese curds were great. Service was friendly and it was a good option on a road trip.“

“the cashier was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was clearly challenged by the menu. she helped him figure out exactly what he wanted and assisted him with his credit card purchase too - all the while, smiling! when it was my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't mind a little chit chat. “It’s really pretty here inside and out. GREAT bar and bartender! We were made to feel very welcome by everyone including one of the owners. Really great steak and the fried chicken was amazing, I could have just had a bowl of the gravy that came with that, it was so good. Very nice cocktails and the cheesecake wow! It's posted on here locally that they're open regularly to 12am with the exception of holiday hours but they're always closed after 8pm. I would like to have their actual hours posted instead of having to guess if they're open.“

“We had gone to the Vancouver Mall IHOP and our waiting around experience and long waits for food made us try the Salmon Creek IHOP location. Wow night and day service and no wait. Under the great leadership of Manager Kathleen (not sure if right spelling) this place ROCKS! The staff works at the level of her leadership. I commend her for having such a wonderful store that provided a great eating and dining experience. We drove farther to eat at this high performing store. it was worth the effort. Thanks Ben“
