Our dinner at the River’s Edge was very good. The food was delicious, especially the smash burger! It was incredible! My husband got the fish and chips and said “I don’t usually like fish and chips but that was fresh and incredible!” The clam chowder was fresh and good. The views are beautiful looking at the sea stacks and we even saw a seal. The only issues were the restaurant smells like fry oil and there are only two people busing tables,...
The restaurant was busy for dinner, but the staff worked so hard and hustled all the food and drinks to each table working as a team. The food was amazing, highly recommend the fry bread dessert. Beautiful views, a bit warm in the restaurant though. But the staff was quick to pull the blinds on the windows. Thank you!
Ugh. I hate to write bad reviews, and the food here was pretty decent, but beware of the service! We arrived just after 5pm on a Monday at the end of July. They had two people serving who were also hostesses and clearing tables. There was one man also clearing tables, but he must have mainly been working the kitchen because we rarely saw him. It took ten minutes to get anyone at the entrance to acknowledge any of us who were waiting. We were seated pretty quickly after that. We...
