I ordered the large shrimp basket. The shrimp were bigger in size than most other places that serve seafood. The fries and hushpuppies that come with the basket are perfect sides for the shrimp. The housemade cocktail and tartar sauces are the best I've tasted, I'll definitely get an extra tar tar sauce on the side my next visit.

We waited for an hour to get a to go order that we placed in there facility. We watched several other people come in order and leave with there food before we ever even got asked by the waitress what order we were even waiting for and we paid 14.99 for 2 frog legs and 15 to 20 fries. Not worth it at all. We will never go there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Here to express my opinion since management is never available or don’t return phone calls of concern. This place is a gamble when deciding to eat out, it’s hit or miss, meaning on a good day you will receive full portions. The miss days you will receive old food!! Example will be their flank steak sandwich which is not tasty & possibly freezer Burt or just old meat that no seasoning can cover up. Also be mindful when ordering Togo as the most simple thing to cook is fries, do not expect them to be fresh cause you will be disappointed each time. This comment is not from one experience but serval as I keep giving this place a chance cause some days are good but when spending my money on a service it shouldn’t be a gamble, consistency is KEY!!

The clam strips and fried okra are good, the tilapia and hush puppies aren’t. Fish was dry probably because it was from earlier that day and the hush puppies are sweet and chewy. I’d go back to try the gumbo though, it looked good. If you want something similar but better go to JJs, you won’t be disappointed.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! A total hidden gem with complex deep flavors. Awesome!

Something must be going on. We went by there on Saturday, waited for 30 minutes, and the service was virtually nonexistent!It was just so weird, like we thought the servers were high or something. We have always raved and told all of our friends about this restaurant. And I think this may not happen anymore.Extremely extremely disappointed.

Best soul food in town. Amazing frog legs! Best shrimp and grits and hush puppies I’ve ever had, hands down. Husband and I are from Georgia and haven’t been able to find a reputable southern food spot, and this is definitely it for us.

I can honestly say that I would never eat there again. I personally do not think that the price is worth the quality of the food. The food was bland, greasy and overcooked. I ordered 2 of the captains platter and only received 2 pieces of catfish, 1 piece of halibut, 2 hush puppies, 3 pieces of shrimp, and fries. There was no clam strips, or tilapia like stated on the menu.
